Doug and his team truly cared about making sure our move was stress free, well planned, and executed flawlessly. Doug is supportive and thorough, letting us know every step of the way what to expect and how best to manage the before, during, and after. His team was professional and hard working. Legacy’s pricing is fair and upfront and to say that Doug and his team went above and beyond is an understatement. I would highly recommend them for any job large or small.

Doug and his team were professional, courteous and just plain awesome. I have never used a moving company before but after doing some research and reading reviews about Legacy Moving I decided to give them a shot. On the day of the move I was surprised of how hard working, efficient and friendly the workers were. They were very careful with my items and treated my furniture as if it was their own. They always made a point to communicate with me during the process. The next time I move I for sure will be using Doug and his team again.

I had the company move a piano for me. It was a small job as the piano just needed to be moved from one room to another on the same floor of the house. . The movers were punctual and arrived on time. They wore shoe covers on when asked and were polite and courteous. They handled the piano with care. I would highly recommend them and would hire them again.

We needed to move locally and found Legacy Moving Services online. I called a few others around the Frisco area but Doug had such great customer service over the phone we booked Legacy. Our situation was a bit tricky because the weekend we booked was also tentative because our home was not ready yet, Doug was wonderful. He was very flexible and just required notice 24 hours prior. Luckily, we were able to close on our home in time.
The movers arrived on time. The 3 man crew did not waste anytime loading and were very professional and courteous. It was about 100 degrees out and they kept their poise in the afternoon heat. They arrived at our new home unloaded the truck and setup our furniture. They even arranged the furniture and hooked up our appliances. I was very pleased with them and would use them again. I would highly recommend Legacy! Thanks Doug!

UPDATED REVIEW: I cannot say enough great things about Doug and Legacy Moving Services! I needed help to move a very heavy desk from my office to the garage. Since I had such a great experience with Legacy Moving in the past (see below review), I called Doug and he was able to quote me with a reasonable price AND he was able to do the move right away. He showed up at the time he promised and was professional. He had a great helper, took perfect care of my desk (all while being careful of my hardwood floors) and finished the move super quick. I truly appreciate Doug's help, professionalism and just all-around niceness!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was referred to Legacy Moving from a few neighbors. I cannot thank Doug and Landon enough from Legacy Moving. I called Doug on Monday morning regarding moving a very heavy piece of expensive furniture from Dallas to Frisco. Not only did he get the move scheduled the SAME day, but he kept in constant communication with me so I knew when he and Landon would arrive. Doug padded the entryway/floors and delivered the furniture in perfect condition. Also, I called around to other highly referred movers and Legacy Moving was able to be the most competitive in pricing. Legacy Moving has great reviews (I see why now) and is competitively priced... Win-win!

I called Doug at Legacy Moving Services to see about picking up an 850 pound safe and delivering it. Pricing was very reasonable.

Great communication throughout the process. They were able to schedule pretty quickly so there was a fast turn around.

They worked their butts off to get it in the house and set where I wanted, how I wanted it.

We had three gentlemen help with unloading the moving truck and they were great the entire time. Our apartment is on the second floor so these guys were working hard for the entire 2 hours. They were professional, friendly, and careful with all of our belongings. 3 movers for 2 hours for around $220, you can't beat it! Doug also kept me up to date when movers were en route and confirmed service time the day prior. All in all, it was a great experience.

I would highly recommend this company when it comes to general moving and especially heavy oversized objects. Willy and Jordan moved everything in a very timely manner. On top of that there wasn’t a scratch on anything.

They were quick to come help us move our new furniture into our home and did so professionally. They clearly knew what they were doing and easily solved many issues we had when we tried to move the furniture in ourselves. They were kind and respectful and were careful not to damage anything. 1000/10 would recommend their services to others. Way better than any other moving service in the area.

I had a good experience with Mr. Pool Leak Repair - Frisco. They replied fast and came on time. The technician checked everything and found the leak without wasting time. He explained it in a simple way so I could understand. The repair was done well and my pool is working fine now. I would recommend them to anyone who needs pool repair.

Mr. pool Leak Repair is awesome Justin came out and detected a leak in my pool that has been there for months and I had no idea.. absolutely amazing and they gave me a 3yr warranty I'm so pleased and would definitely recommend them to anybody and everybody... Highly recommend this company! Justin was on time with a great attitude. He was very thorough and easily addressed the issue with haste. After he was done, he made sure the area was better than he found it. If you want 5-star service then this is the best option!
