I recently had the pleasure using this company and I have to say the level of professionalism and quality of services was shocking impressive.. Not to forget to mention the owner of the company was so kind i felt comfortable with her being able to provide the services I needed with no problem. I thought I would spend alot more than I actually did because of how great of a job she did. I'll be using this company again for sure and I've already referred her to several friends and family members that all that have used her are equally happy!

These ladies are great! We requested a deep clean but had some issues with a key being available the day of cleaning. They worked with us and were very professional about it. So friendly! You can’t beat the price either.

We are in the process of putting our house on the market and wanted to have it cleaned along with the carpets upstairs.
From the time I spoke with them on the phone setting up the appointment until they showed up, they were very nice and professional. Their communication was great, sending friendly reminders of our upcoming appointment.
Even though they were here to do a job, they are so friendly and personable taking a few minutes here and there just to chat with you- which I loved. They take pride in their work and it shows! Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Called for an estimate on cleaning a rug and possibly carpets and was told to call somebody else and hung up on.

John was very responsive and able to schedule my holiday lights very quickly. Fantastic attention to detail in how they ensure symmetry around peaks and openings, and it looks great!

We are so pleased with the results of the tint removal that Colton and Nick did. They meticulously removed the tint from 3 windows without causing any scratches. The windows are now crystal clear and match the fourth that didn’t have a tint. The owner John was so helpful as well in helping us to decide what to do with our windows. He is passionate about what he does and guided us with much patience. The results are beyond my expectation! Thank you.

They did a wonderful job on our Frisco location! The lines on this tint job are so clean and level. The crew were so respectful, you can tell they love what they do and seeing an end result that leaves you smiling and wondering why you didn't do it sooner! The price point is right on, and communication on this project was a breeze. Will definitely be utilizing for our other locations!

I hired window genie to come clean my storm door and the front of my house, they showed up promptly even in one of the worst weather days (freezing cold and windy). Very clean, professional and friendly. Will recommend and definitely using them again!

UPDATE: I’ve used this company for three years and am convinced that they have set the bar for professionalism and quality workmanship. This week’s encounter was particularly remarkable because of some miscommunications in scheduling. I’ve heard that sometimes a great service recovery can created greater trust and loyalty than if the snaffu had never happened. That is exactly what occurred with us. The owner John jumped through hoops for us when he became aware of the dropped ball. First, he called immediately after I sent an email. His first words were a heartfelt apology. He explained the situation and asked what he needed to do to get things back on track. I’m sure he would have come out himself and did the job if I’d asked him to. The next business day we had Danny, the technician, at the house to get the job done. Not only did he do an amazing job, but we learned so much from talking to him about the nuances of window care and maintenance. He took his profession so seriously and was just the best company representative you would ever want to meet. I’m sorry for this long review, but I just wanted to update my original recommendation so you would know that time tells the story. This is a relationship I really want to keep and I hope I can convince some of you to give Window Genie a try.
