Most windows were done well. However, we had to have them back out to clean a window they neglected. When they arrived, they said the pitch of the roof there was too steep. The window was within reach of a ladder and I have personally been on that portion of the roof. It is NOT too steep. They gave a small refund but it did not help as we were putting four home on the market. In addition, we have since found additional windows that were never touched. I would not use them again.

We had the outside windows cleaned and the team doing the cleaning were courteous, professional, and timely. I would recommend them to anyone in Frisco.

This was the best experience that we could have imagined with a window cleaner. We just moved into our house mid August and on Sunday evening we decided that we needed to get our windows cleaned. I really wish I took a photo of how bad they were.
I submitted an inquiry to four places. It was Sunday night. I didn’t expect to hear back from anyone so soon. Within the house (honestly it might have been within 20 minutes), I received a text with a quote based on our what our home looked like on google. They were able to get me scheduled this week, which I know it’s crazy I still scheduled because it’s supposed to rain, but I just couldn’t handle the glass any longer.
The gentleman arrived promptly at 8:30 (noted by our doorbell, but for some reason our doorbell isn’t ringing just sending me video footage anytime is pressed). Poor guy waited like 10 minutes outside for me. Once he came inside we showed him the back windows (I only wanted the back cleaned) and he was quick to get started. He was very friendly and we had a good conversation about where he was from and his dogs. He did an absolutely stellar job and I would 100% call this company again to clean our windows. The windows are glistening inside and out.

Frisco Window Cleaning was referred to me by a friend and they knocked it out of the park. From the initial contact to the work to the end. Quick process and little wait time for work to be performed. They came out quickly and the two crew members that arrived were professional and did an awesome job. There’s an art to it because I’ve done it myself and I leave streaks everywhere. This crew left no streaks and my windows and doors are clean again! Thank you!

Had them come out again a year later and they did an amazing job once again!

Today I just had fantastic service by Dillon and the Frisco windows cleaning service on having my entire home windows clean both inside and outside. They did an amazing job cleaning the screens in the track of the windows as well and washing everything properly practically no mess and clean up. I’m very pleased with their prompt service and turnaround time and I’ll certainly use them again and recommend them tall in our neighborhood

I had ten windows that I was having a difficult time getting cleaned. Frisco Window Cleaning Service did an awesome job, two young men came out and cleaned both interior and exterior of the windows. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and they took the time to do it right. I greatly appreciate them getting this job done for me, and the price was not extravagant. Five stars is not enough.

Had an amazing experience with this company. Getting our house ready to sell, tried to clean windows myself & it was a streaky mess. Called these guys, they were able to come out next morning & get the windows crystal clear and ready for the photographer who was taking listing photos same day for realtor to post. Dillon was on time, thorough & had great communication about the process or if I had questions - he cares about the end result & it shows. You never realize how much of an impact clean windows can make, realtor & I are very happy.

We originally were going to clean our windows ourselves and after half a day of work and only 1 side of the home finished, we decided to call a window cleaning pro. So glad we did. We originally called them out to do the outside only, but after seeing how great the outside turned out, we had them do the inside as well. These windows have never been this clean and weren't even this clean when we purchased this home as a new build. Highly recommend!
