I am very impressed with their service and results! My pool has been greenish for the last month and a half. Executive Blue Pool service had my pool blue in a matter of hours! My family and I are happy to start swimming again! Great filter work also! We are happy now in this Texas heat:).😁

We use Executive Blue for our weekly pool cleaning service. They do a great job. Our pool always looks great. We recently needed one of their techs to look at our pool equipment for a possible issue. They scheduled a service call for the next business day to take a look, which I really appreciated. The technician showed up the day he was supposed to, was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. So far everyone I have talked to there is quite nice and always willing to help in any way they can. I would definitely recommend using them.

Requested a quote in January. Told them I do not need the pool service until February. Then realized I won't need their service until March because we already had a pool person paid up to that date. They were notified well in advanced in order to stop charging my card for no services performed. Here we are March 1st, I've gotten charged two months in a row for no services performed. Stay away and check your credit card charges and honestly get advice from other pool companies if you need repairs. This place is not trustworthy. I found it interesting as soon as I received the quote Brian kept calling me for my credit card number and wouldn't leave me alone for it. The sense of urgency to refund $205, there was none. That x2 and he told me via text I didn't realize it was an urgent matter. Fraud. I have text and transaction to proof everything stated.

We changed pool companies to Executive Blue Pools after poor service from our prior pool service provided. Executive Blue Pool has done an outstanding job being transparent with repairs, ensuring quality cleaning. They have a Quality Control group that periodically confirms the maintenance and service! I have been pleased at the communications with freezes coming and what as an owner I can do to protect the equipment. They are all around 5 star company putting customers first with fair and transparent communication.

We really love Executive Blue Pools. They are always prompt with responding to questions and always prompt with service. They do great work. We've tried 4 different companies over the past 5 years, and we've finally found one that is awesome

We started our pool service a little over a year ago with Executive Blue Pools, and it has been amazing! We'd never owned a house with a pool, so they took the time to teach us step by step everything we need to watch out for. They are extremely professional, and so easy to communicate with. They've always been open about what needs to be changed or replaced and offered different options. We've never felt pressured by them for anything. We highly recommend Executive Blue Pools!

Second pool company and we’ve only had a pool for 3 weeks. The first was hard to get called back, missed appointments and just generally seemed unprepared. Executive has been awesome - easy to work with, shows up on time, explains everything to first time pool owners. Brian is easy to talk to and has been very helpful with the numerous questions we have had.

Spent 4 years struggling to keep my pool looking clean with other companies. Since switching to Executive Blue Pools Frisco, my pool has looked great and the team is very responsive with any equipment maintenance issues.

I debated writing this review for a bit but once I realized the vast difference of average reviews on Yelp vs. Google, I knew I needed to warn people against it. Please take a look on other reviews with similar and additional problems. I hired blue pools thinking their level of service would be top notch due to the passion the owner, Brian, had on our first phone call. To be completely transparent I manage vendors and service providers for my boss and unfortunately hiring this company ended up being a huge headache. Not only were there multiple issues with her pool chemicals, an algae issue, they loved to blame it on the construction that was happening on the pool house at the time. Any time I called for quick service due to discoloration or chemical issues, Brian is who you have to speak to. Brian should not be running a business that is customer service based because he isn’t able to speak to people without talking to them like 1.) a child or 2.) accepting any accountability (please take a look at other Yelp reviews for proof this isn’t just a standalone issue) at one point he told me my boss needed to go through “pool school” again to maintain things. Mind you we haven’t had any of these issues since switching services so either the technicians are incompetent or they are causing the issues purposely (not sure which is worse.)

Brian also called several times and left voice mails acting as if there was an emergency and didn’t explain the issue on the voicemail and then berates you until you answer, upon calling back it’s truly a non-issue. He has a hard time accepting feedback and takes it as a personal issue which hinders him from problem solving.

In summary, the owner is truly insufferable to deal with, there is no customer service line, only the owner, the technicians were incompetent or causing issues and the pool was never properly treated. I recommend Clear Choice Pools, as we haven’t had any issues since switching to them!

When we moved into our new home, I was determined to do my research to find the right service company for our home. Now Executive Blue had already been servicing the property for years but I wanted to do my due diligence. Not only do they offer amazing services at amazing rates, but there staff is friendly and the owner is easy to reach. After reviewing about a dozen companies, it was an easy decision to go back to Executive Blue.

I used this pool service for a year, recently they have not returned calls and this is the third time that I have gone and checked after the pool technician and found my skimmer bag full. I questioned the use of chlorine tabs in a pool far past the winter months where my pool salt chlorine generator would be working. I also complained about low salt levels. I went out to the pool after the last "service" they provided to have the high salt level light on. I had the new pool company check salt levels and they were super high. Obviously they just dumped salt in my pool with no regard to the chemical levels. I do not recommend this company.

Nathan does a great job taking care of our pool! He’s detail oriented, knowledgeable, and ensures the needed services are performed. I appreciate his work.

Our pool this summer has never looked better. If we’ve had concerns in the past they have been dealt with in a timely manner. Our pool is clean and ready to use every day.
