I recently had my carpets cleaned by this company . They did a very thorough and excellent job and I was very impressed. The price was competitive. I plan to use them again in the future as needed, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Highly recommend! They cleaned, removed furniture indentions, "refurbished" high traffic areas, removed stains, & removed pet odors. The carpet looks great! The cleaner, Fabio, was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Adore their customer service. Everyone that I've spoken with has been excellent with communication and explanations. I've only had fantastic experiences with this company. Reliability and honesty go a long way.

We contracted Executive Blue Pools to provide regular maintenance to our pool and pool spa, but after about 3 months our pool spa started generating algae. We let them know as soon as we noticed it, and they requested pictures as evidence, which we provided. We followed up with them multiple times and never received a response, but they continued sending their personnel to do the regular service. After a couple of months of not having the issue fixed, we decided to call the owner to cancel our services. He was very defensive and began making unvalid excuses to try to justify the situation. It's ironic that we contracted a pool company to keep our pool clean and healthy and under their care it generates algae, which was not there when they began servicing our pool. I will not recommend this company and hope nobody else has the same experience than us.

Brian and the team at Executive Blue Pools have been excellent to work with. Their team of technicians have been managing our pool for almost a year now, including weekly cleanings and periodic servicing of the equipment. Their service really went up a notch in my eyes after the winter storms of 2021. Some of our equipment was damaged, and we were without a working pool for nearly a month due to the lack of available parts in the DFW area. This was in no fault of Brian’s team, and they were very open with their communication to me throughout the entire ordeal about when parts would be available so they could come out and repair the problems. I have been more than satisfied with their work, and I trust that when Brian says something is going to be done it will be done as soon as possible.

We've been using Executive Blue for several years now. They have been incredibly reliable and their service techs have great attention to detail. They've been great at forewarning us bout pending issues so we've been able to address them before they became big $$$ issues. Can highly recommend.

This is a great company. I've been using them for a few years to clean my filters every 6 months. Each time the pool runs much better and cleans a lot more efficiently and effectively. They also noticed a drain plug that was cracked and changed it promptly at minimal cost. I plan to use this company for as long as I own a pool .

This company prides itself on quality and reliability! I’ve never heard of another pool company that runs quality assurance checks to keep their employees accountable but that’s the dedication to precision and cleanliness the owner of this company exudes, if you believe your current pool cleaning service isn’t doing your pool justice, and you want to see just how beautiful it can be, I’d recommend calling and getting one of their service professionals to come give you a quote.

The guys coming out do an ok job, but when you need to have any other service they will always try to upsell you. To change out a $10 gasket they wanted to charge me almost $300. When I got a small leak in the bottom of our pool filter the company insisted in replacing the whole thing for a cost of $2242.60 and said the company "Jandy" no longer makes the bottom part of the filter. I found the matching bottom end of the filter from Leslie's pool supply for $589 (before tax) and asked if they would install it. They did say that if it showed up and wasn't the same filter they wouldn't be able to guarantee the work, which I was ok with. When it arrived and I was trying to get the work done this week (since it is leaking), they refused to do the work all together. Be careful when having them quote work for your pool, ALWAYS get a second opinion or just do a simple search online for the product and how to actually fix the problem. Many times I was able to easily fix the problem for a significant fraction of the cost. Do not trust what they tell you up front always confirm.

My pool board died on me and the owner worked with me to get it fixed. He took my feedback into account and made sure that the issue was resolved and that ultimately I was satisfied.
I recommend Executive Blue Pools for busy professionals that want their pool to work and want to know that it will be resolved when it doesn't.

We had a horrible experience with another pool company and when I called Brian was on top of it. He went over and above to help us with a problem that should have been taken care of with the other company. He was so kind and could have just said he couldn’t help.
We did their pool school to understand more about our pool system. We’ve never had a pool and it was super helpful.
