Our main shower was in desperate need of grout repair, cleaning and sealing. Brandon and Cat were both wonderful, from our initial contact with Brandon to the completion of work by Cat. Our shower looks awesome!! Cat did a great job replacing all the damaged/eroded grout and made the shower look new again. We truly appreciate the professionalism and quality of work that Grout Works of Dallas provided. Could not be happier and would highly recommend them!

Grout Works of Dallas does great work. Their team is quick and efficient. Brandon was clear and easy to talk to and work with and Ashley did an amazing job with the shower. Didn't take but a few hours and they were in and out.

We had high hopes of general clean up and fixing a problem with some bulging tiles in our primary shower. Unfortunately, this was not the case using Groutworks. We talked to Brandon and he came out looked at our shower and told us after touching the bulging tiles there was no water behind the few tiles that were bulging out and that all they needed was repairing and the cost would be $900 (which also included cleaning of the shower, replace caulking, repairing damaged grout). Trusting the previous reviews, we read we decided to move forward and hire them. He sent out one of his workers a few days later to do the repair and cleanup job. When she looked at the condition of the tiles she ask if she could pull out some of the bulging tiles – we said “Yes”. She said based on the smell and appearance there was water back there and pulled some more tiles and other materials from that same area. She said that area needed to be cleaned and then treated with Bleach and needed to dry out before repair could take place, so she left a fan blowing on it to dry for a number of days. At this time the price for the repair went from an initial estimate of $900 to $1100 and this was fine based on the additional discovery.

She said she would return in 4 to 5 days and that the repair & finishing the grout would take 2 more visits – well she returned 2 days later saying that Brandon was supposed to call us to let us know she was coming back. He did call but only after his worker called us from the visitor parking across the street and she was here to finish the work. So, she basically patches the area where the tiles have buckled – leaving them bulging out, cuts the Tile in our bathroom and spreads dust literally EVERYWHERE – we ask if the repair would hold but could not get a definitive answer. So here we are now with finished work that needs to be redone, and we are now out of $1100. We told Brandon that we were not pleased with the result and his response was "we didn’t make any money off this project and $200 was spent on supplies". Not offering any solutions but essentially wanting to get payment and "get out of dodge". We cannot have a shower look like that; it barely looks better than the original state. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. At this point, we are not sure they even had the skills to finish the job they started in a professional manner when we look at the results – very, very, poor.

Sorry for the long story but people need to know what to expect from Groutworks if they do work for you. You cannot say that you were not warned.

We had Grout Works out to clean and stain our grout in the kitchen and repair/stain the grout in the master shower. They were so professional and did an amazing job! Brandon was quick at responding and scheduling and Cat was a pleasure having in our house while she completed the work. I would definitely recommend!! The floors look new again!

They were thorough with their estimates and matched grout color exactly for a custom shower and bathroom floor. Ashley was meticulous and precise with the cleaning, application of the grout, and sealer. The finished product looks like a new shower and floors.

If you want your showers, tubs, and tiled floors to look brand new then you should hire this company! I expected great results based on reviews, but they exceeded my expectations! Brandon was able to come out and give me a quote the same day I called, and Ashley was a miracle worker on the grout and tile surfaces. From start to finish, they were amazing!

Highly recommend this company. Brandon came out and did assessment promptly. Was impressed with his presentation and it didn’t disappoint. Ashley the tech was phenomenal. Very pleasant and explained procedure. I even left the house while she worked because I was so comfortable. She finished before I got back, by called later to be sure I was satisfied and to ask if I had any questions. She explained how to maintain cleanliness and was vey helpful. Will recommend them to my friends!!!!!

Wish I had called years earlier. We are getting ready to sell our house and wanted to have it looking tip top. Brandon was responsive and came out quickly for an estimate. Ashley worked so hard and I cannot tell you the difference their work has made. My seven year old bathroom looks brand new. (Also had the caulking in the kitchen done and it is perfect.) If I was staying in the area, my first call would be to Grout Works to seal up the grount in the new place.

Brandon and Ashley were both amazing to work with! Brandon came out and gave us an estimate to fix the grout in our master shower- he explained everything wonderfully and was extremely thorough. Ashley then came out to complete the job and not only is she meticulous, but also patient. We have a large shower and delicate stone tiles, but Ashley was still able to complete the job in one day. When she was finished she made sure to ask how everything looked before she left, ensuring she didn’t miss any spots.

There was some miscommunication regarding the grout color for the floor of the shower, but Brandon quickly helped us resolve this and Ashley came back a few days letter to help us change the color.

I’ll definitely be giving Brandon a call when it’s time to redo the grout in our guest bathroom!

Our house turned 13 years old, and it was time for a refresh of our tiled floors and showers. From the initial consultation to the final result, the process went very smoothly. Our floors look like new! None of the tile in our house was ever sealed, so we had them clean all of the grout, then color seal the floors. We are very pleased with the results!

They removed mold & cleaned the grout for my 15 year old shower. Looks like brand new! Will 100% ask them back when it’s time to do the other bathrooms.

Brandon and Ashley have been such a lifesaver! They restored our shower after we encountered some broken tile and issues with the caulking. They even redid the caulking around our tub. Ashley was very professional and both she and Brandon had the best communication! I fully recommend their services!

We highly recommend Brandon for any grout cleaning and sealant needs. He is easy to talk to, quickly gave us a quote and sent Ashley for the project and she did a great job. The floor looks like brand new with the matching grout sealant which makes a big difference when you step into your home. Ashley knows her stuff and she even convinced us to choose a better matching color sealant for the existing tiles. It is a pleasure to work with them.

Technician arrived within 30 minutes of schedule time. Friendly and professional all the way. Confirmed the request for repairs with an estimated time to complete. Completed an excellent job and cleaned up the job site. We will definitely use Grout Works of Dallas again when needed.

Brandon and Tyler were amazing! We moved into a new home and the floors and showers were not in good shape and they made our floors look BRAND new. Worth every penny. Also super nice and easy interactions! Will be using them again for the rest of our bathrooms later this year.

I SO wish I had before pics. Those grout lines were black from heavy traffic. Cat and Ashley did an amazing job! They were on time, thorough, friendly, and extremely good at the work they do.
