I had a bad mold issue in my shower and I was very pleased with the quality job that was done at a very reasonable price.

I called these guys to come out and re-grout my master shower and kitchen island. They also steamed the tile in my master. I am so happy...everything looks BRAND NEW. I highly recommend Grout Works...Brandon the owner was wonderful, very friendly and professional. He had Ashley come out to do the work today and she could not have been any nicer...and she did an amazing job. Give them a call if you're looking to refresh your tile.

Brandon was very responsive from the first call, to the estimate, and then scheduling service. Kat was on time and very friendly. She explained what she was going to do. She understood I had two dogs and with the kitchen in the middle of the house, she worked with me in the areas she did first. The master bathroom and kitchen floors look amazing. Prior, they were dirty despite my attempt to clean and there were multiple areas of cracked grout. Every time I look at my floors, I smile! Looks great! Now to schedule my other bathroom!

Tyler was awesome. Spent 8hours and the outcome was brand new shower. Can’t thank enough. I will give 100 stars!!!

In our current state of times, we have to research contractors to the depths. I’m pleased we discovered Groutworks of Dallas. We needed our master shower to be restored, and Brandon’s company did a superb job. Ashley was professional, and meticulous; she knew the outcome from steps she took, and products she used. Note: we received a quote from another company for $450 more than Brandon’s quote, with less included. I followed my instinct, while saving a lot of money. Completely pleased, 100%!

We are so glad we found Groutworks for our grout and tile cleaning. Brandon was able to come the next day to provide an estimate. Tyler was the one who did all the work for us. He was very detailed and did a really great job with everything. We definitely will be calling them again in the future.

We are very impressed and pleased with Grout Works service. Our shower, bathroom/closet floor, and kitchen/laundry room were included. In total, this took over 12 hours. Tyler was outstanding! I called them to clean my grout in the place we are renting. The grout was black & I had tried to clean it a little and realized it was a buff color. There was also a terrible smell from the tile like urine & mold. It was disgusting. They came out the next day & did a fabulous job cleaning & sealing all our grout. It’s bright as can be & the smell is gone! I’m super happy with this company & would highly recommend them! Ask for Ashley she is a hard worker & doesn’t stop until the job is done. Well worth the money!!!

Brandon and Ashley were fantastic! Our existing tile color isn't our favorite, but since they are still in great condition, we decided not to replace them. Brandon and Ashley replaced the caulk in two showers and cleaned up the grout throughout our entire house. The floors now look brand new! We chose a lighter grout color, which significantly improved the appearance of the tiles. It's amazing how much better everything looks after their work. This service is a great value for the remarkable transformation it provides.

Grout Works did an amazing job sealing and color sealing the grout in our new home! They were knowledgeable and very skilled. They had tons of grout sealant colors to choose from so my wife could pick exactly what she wanted. Not only were they able to color seal the grout in our master bath, but also replace the caulk with the same color. They were flexible with scheduling, super easy to work with, and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the final result! I was very pleased with the service we received from Grout Works of Dallas. Brandon provided us with a very reasonable estimate and quick to get start our project. When the Team arrived, Tyler and Gerald were very kind, thorough and did exceptional work. After 16 years when we built our house, we had our Kitchen, Master and Hall bath restored. The attached before/after pics are the same areas, roughly from the same angle with the same lighting at similar time of day with same camera on my phone. There is no alteration of exposure, I believe they look so radically different partly because of the removal of the dark lines from the old grout. Regardless it looks great! I would highly recommend their service.

I’m really happy with my grout restoration. I feel the price was fair for eight hours of work with two workers and my bathroom was small. We went with a light gray grout colorant instead of white. It will not show as much dirt. It was in bad shape but looks like new now.
