Justin has been to our house twice and each time has done an excellent job! He was friendly and helpful and thoroughly completed the work. We have three dogs and it made a huge difference. He also cleaned our tile and the grout is back to its original color! Why didn’t we do this years ago??

I found Miracle Steam Pros via an internet search for carpet cleaners in Frisco. I called on a Friday and was fortunate enough to get service the following Monday. The scheduler, Charles, reviewed my desired services, then discussed times and prices with me.

The day of service, Jesse called to tell me he was enroute; he arrived on the early side of the timeframe coordinated. Jesse explained the process and completed the work in about an hour and 15 minutes— 3 rooms, an area rug and a smaller throw rug. He also reviewed recommended do’s and don’ts for best results immediately following the cleaning.

Charles and Jesse were both courteous and professional. I am completely satisfied with the work, which I feel was at a reasonable cost. I will definitely use Miracle Steam Pros for any future needs!

I used this services a few times. With the earlier services, I thought they were good. The prices were not cheap with deep clean etc. But get the job done.
Then after another cleaning, the carpets were still dirty. I should have stop using their services right way. But I thought it was professional cleaned. Maybe it was condition of the carpet. Later it had to be cleaned by another services.
In the most recent cleaning, I was busy at my work and couldn't oversee or check when it was cleaned.
I couldn't tell the differences of the carpets before and after the cleaning. Still dirty and I had it cleaned again.

Justin was my technician who worked on cleaning our upholstery from pet odor. He was on time, thorough and the couch smelled great after. He gave insight on the process and what to expect as cat smells in particular can be stubborn. But overall I felt satisfied and he was a wonderful tech who I will be using again and recommending!
