Absolutely Better Cleaning (ABC) provided a deep cleaning in May 2017.
The owner, Lemuel, was very courteous and professional when setting up the appointment. They called in advance of showing up and arrived on time. Three people, including Lemuel and his wife, cleaned our 2100 sqft home quickly, but very thoroughly. I found that this team actually did what they said they would do and I even thought they went above and beyond with a few of the areas they cleaned (behind the tv, inside the window frame, and the fireplace screen). The house was clean and was left with a pleasant smell. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Online payment was easy and trustworthy through intuit. Overall, it’s a well-run business that I would recommend.

I love the team at Absolutely Better Cleaning! They are the nicest people, are very interested in getting to know my needs and what I'm looking for, and they have always done a great job for me. I don’t really know how they clean, but it’s an ABSOLUTE nightmare trying to schedule a house cleaning with these people. The guy on the phone, a LIMP THOMPSON, is very rude and absurd. He acted as if he were too busy to talk on the phone. He even stated, “YOU ARE WELCOME TO CALL ANOTHER CLEANING SERVICE…”. He then goes on to list the things that they do not clean. I do not recommend anyone calling such a business that would employ such a rude man.

Great cleaning and great customer service. I've used Absolutely better several times now and used for my girlfriends. Very responsive and accommodating considering I don't have a recurring cleaning (I use for ad hoc cleaning couple times a year). They were even able to squeeze me in short notice before a holiday weekend.

Lem and his team are the best! Love how responsive and accommodating Lem is and everyone on his team is super nice, friendly and works very efficiently to get your house done as quickly and cleanly as possible. Thank you all! We have tried a few different companies but Absolutely Better Cleaning surpassed them in quality and service! They have a great eye for detail, are very reliable, accommodating and professional. Sometimes I can't schedule too far ahead as our schedule can change quickly but they always find a way to get us in when we need it.

Lem and his team did a great job, when I needed a rental home cleaned before turning it back over to the owner. When they finished, it looked cleaner than the day I moved in. Furthermore, the owner wanted to know who I'd hired, and told me that since the place was so well tidied up, I was getting ALL of my security deposit back. (That almost never happens!) So yeah, Absolutely Better Cleaning is exactly what it says on the tin, absolutely better cleaning.

I have been using Absolutely Better Cleaning for over 6 months and couldn't be happier with their service. My house is always spotless when they leave. They come once a month and it always feels like a deep clean service. I highly recommend them.

Lem and his team are wonderful. I was looking for a cleaning service that was responsive to my needs and requests. Lem always gets back to me in a timely manner and does what he can to make happen what I am needing to be done to clean my house the way I prefer. Any time I've been home with the different crews working in my house, they have all been nothing but nice and courteous. I highly recommend their cleaning service.

Absolutely Better Cleaning was incredible. We have never used a cleaning service before. They did a deep clean on our house and I am so amazed. They cleaned all of the areas I hate cleaning (base boards, window sills, the cob webs I am too short to get) and made it look better than when we moved in. I am so happy with their customer service and the quality of work. We will definitely be using their services again!

Absolutely better cleaning! True to their name, these folks are fabulous. I called them last minute for a deep clean and even though they were booked out, managed to squeeze some time for me. Absolutely Better Cleaning is exactly that! We have used them for several months now and the quality level of cleaning is consistent every time. Lem is a very courteous and conscientious owner and the cleaning crew are friendly yet professional. We always know what time of day they will arrive and they contact us if they are running late. Our house looks great once they are done. I have used countless cleaning services and individuals in the past but Absolutely is by far the best ever. I highly recommend!!

I recently contacted Absolutely Better Cleaning for a last minute “move in” deep clean. They squeezed me in on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule. They were prompt and showed up ready to work. They cleaned my entire house, including drawers, cupboards, and appliances, using natural, eco-friendly products. They were very friendly and hard working. My house looked terrific. I would highly recommend them.

I've been using Absolutely Better Cleaning for about a year and am really happy with the service. I was looking for bi-weekly cleaning, and it was important to me to find a team that would be in and out pretty quick since I work from home. Not only are they efficient, but they are punctual and do a great job. The best part is they are incredibly friendly - they even go out of their way to pet my dog and call her by name. Easy Breezy is awesome! My dad entered me in a competition for a free cleaning for teachers, and they were willing to drive all the way to Lake Highlands! They did an amazing job, great quality. They were great at communicating and scheduling, as well. And they support teachers which is so greatly appreciated!

Great, friendly and responsive staff and service! I like that cleaning techs are friendly and efficient. I also like the tech is the same that comes to my home biweekly and the schedule stays consistent, but the company can also be flexible to accommodate my needs.
