Editing this to also say that Nathan is a hero! After Jose left I noticed one of my cats was missing and we could not find him anywhere! They said that they could send out another technician because Jose was already on another job. Nathan searched our attic and FOUND OUR CAT! I had been up there so many times, but Nathan found him in the back corner.

Legend Air never disappoints. Nathan came out to do the service on both of my units today. He was courteous, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in details I could understand as well as answered all of my questions.

First, I have to say about the Legend AC/Heating was they worked me in scheduling a late afternoon appointment for a heating issue. Just got the pleasure of having Josh in our home to look at by our heating unit wasn’t working properly. Josh greeted me with a huge smile, he was super courteous, like overwhelming courteous and professional. Spoke with me on what was going on and being experienced with our heat. After his inspection, troubleshooting and my anticipated expectation of an expensive bill puckering he gave me the news. The wires to the thermostat connection seemed to not be connected / seeded well. Fixed! I also HIGHLY recommend their annual membership which is great when these type service calls are needed. This type customer service is exactly why I told Milestone, their annual service charge, over priced service and sales tactics buuubbbyye. I finally found a good quality “customer oriented” company in Legend. Thank you! And THANK YOU Josh! You were absolutely outstanding and such a pleasure to talk to and superior customer service.

Christian and Gerardo came out today to install our new unit. They were very friendly, professional, and did a great job. The areas that they worked were left very clean too. I highly recommend these two technicians if you need some work done. Wish you the best guys!

Legend hearing and cooling had been great for me over the last 3 years. Today I had my annual inspection and my guy Luis was exceptional. He gave me the recommendations and also made sure I understood everything that he was doing as he was doing. I value honesty and high integrity and the team here have provided me with that. I originally discovered Legend Air through a Yelp review 7 years ago when we needed to have our AC unit replaced. I was very impressed with the company then so I had no problem when we received a call asking about cleaning service now.

Little did I know Mr Nate would show up as our technician and go above and beyond as our rep. He was kind, patient, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained things so thoroughly in a way that anyone can understand what is going on. He never rushed me. He was always willing and even glad to answer my many questions about what our needs are for our repairs and cleaning.

I knew we were in good hands both with the company and with Mr Nate. He spent a great deal of time and care to ensure that both my husband and I understood but also that we had peace of mind. I was very impressed with his professionalism and heart for what he does. I literally told him he had a gift for what he does and not everyone would be as kind and attentive and knowledgeable as he was with us today.

I knew before today that I was loyal to Legend Air, but thanks to Mr Nate I will be sure to recommend and refer as often as I can as he took such tremendous care of us today.
