Had a great time in Frisco for my grandsons birthday. Marriot was spacious & clean. Prices in and around Frisco seem a bit higher than in the metroplex, but I expected it.

We found a leak in our upstairs sink which turned out to be because of our failing air conditioning unit. Jason and Nate were available right away and were both wonderful and kind. They were super thorough in checking both the inside and outside parts of our unit. They explained all of our options in detail with us so we understood everything clearly. They also wiped up all the water that leaked, which they absolutely didn’t have to do, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Thanks again!

I rarely ever write reviews, but my experience with Legend Air was so good I felt I had to share. Our upstairs AC stopped cooling, and with the Texas heat, we were desperate. Legend Air came highly recommended in our community, and they absolutely lived up to the reputation.

They were able to come out last minute on a Saturday (huge relief!), and our technician, Luis, was outstanding. He was kind, professional, and took the time to really educate my husband and me on what was going on with our AC. He didn’t just rush through—it felt like he genuinely cared.

Luis was also so empathetic when he went over the cost options, and instead of pushing us into something we weren’t comfortable with, he helped us find a solution that worked for us, addressed the most important concerns, and left us feeling confident.

In a world where it can be hard to find honest, caring service, Legend Air and Luis were a breath of fresh air—literally and figuratively! We are so grateful and will be recommending them to anyone who needs AC help. Even our dog loved him.

Nathan and Jose came to clean my vents, ducts and the main units in the house. They were courteous, respectful but also friendly. It was a professional job with a human touch. I can't fault their communication. And they worked around my family, and puppies, who all had things to attend to in the house. Yes they might not be the cheapest or the quickest, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted a thorough job, done right. Legendary did that. It was also the hottest day of the year so far (100) and they must have sweat buckets in the roof doing the work, it was 80 in the house because obviously the AC was off. But when I took the photo they did everything they could to look smart, as you can see. That's two honest professionals. Jose also loves dogs as you can see from other reviews, and loved our Westies as his GF has one.

Luis did a fantastic job of explaining in great detail, how my AC systems work and what was going wrong with them. He was very thorough and transparent with everything he did. I was with him almost the whole time while he explained and worked. He took pictures of everything and gave me several options in how to proceed with repairs. Plus, he was super nice.

Salvador and Jose did an amazing job clearing out our ducts and getting our hvac system in nice clean working order! Very appreciated for the work and time they put in to get our system going!
