Overpriced even with the discount for the Starter Kit installation and coil chemical wash that they suggested for the compressor efficiency. Technician is very respectful, got a good knowledge with fantastic sales skills.

I bought the new A/C system from One Hour Heating &A/C. I appreciate One Hour Heating's service commitment and also their technicians skills. Their technicians came on the recent artic freezing day to handle heating issue and fixed the system.

I have received spam calls from you at least once a week for the last several weeks. I have asked to be removed from the call list and each time the person politely says they will remove and apologizes. Yet, the next day or two another call. I cannot get the calls to stop. My number is listed on the national do not call registry so please stop calling me.

Wish there was negative stars! I called One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning Of Frisco out to my mom's house and we was told there is carbon monoxide leaking in her house due to cracks in our heating exchange. Stated the unit needed to be replace, told them we could not afford that so he said can patch it for now for a certain price and told him that still too much. So he lowed the price again and before I could say anything he lowered again.... now I don't have a good feeling with this guy. I told him never mind, just leave, I wanted a second opinion. So glad I did!! Nothing was wrong with our unit except it is old and had a loose wire. Beware. Always get that second opinion if something seems off. Also, must give at least one star for the review to go through...ugh

Ali did a great job. They fixed my furnace when nobody else could cone in the bad weather. It was an emergency situation and they fixed in 24 hours.

Guy and adam came and quicly resolved a broken contactor. I am very pleased with their service and the lifetime warranty on the contactor is a huge bonus.

Guy Cummings is a A/CH professional! He troubleshooted all aspects of why heater was not working and found a disconnected heater wire. Guy did a thorough winter inspection of my A/CH system , checked the flames, for any obstructions in pipes and that all connections were tightened. Guy is very a personable and knowledgable technician that One Air should be very proud to have represent their company.

I came across One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning Frisco when one of my AC evaporator coils failed , they got the warranty replacement done and have been working on annual service since then including summer and winter tuning. Their technician Ali and service coordinator Pankaj and other members are knowledgeable, responsive and they take good care of your system.

The Technician name Adam Matacale is very good technician and we received very satisfied service today.
I am happy with his skill and service.
