Mixed bag using Choice Air Care from my experience. First the good: Work was good quality at a decent price. The technicians are knowledgeable and do quality work in a reasonable time frame once they get there.

For the bad: We coordinated with Choice to replace our system as it was an older system and repairing it wasn't going to be the right decision. Our install date was pushed back multiple times. One I was OK with as it was for the health of the install crew, but the other times we were notified the morning of the scheduled install date, some of them only as a result of my concerns and calling them to confirm the install would actually happen that day.

The issues didn't end with scheduling though. We set up financing through them and it was supposed to be done at a 0% interest for a few months and we were going to get it paid off in that time frame. When they submitted everything to the credit card company though they ignored what we had requested and used a different promotion that started charging interest immediately.

If their coordination and communication were better then this review would have a different result. I hope others didn't have this experience and mine was a result of the seasonal rush due to needing this in the height of Texas summer.

We had an amazing experience with Choice Air today fixing the AC unit for our elderly neighbor. Same day service. Incredible for a Holiday Weekend. The technician, Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was able to locate and fix the short within 30 minutes.
Will definitely be using Choice Air for future HVAC needs.

I purchased a multi-year maintenance package under the assurance that it would not expire. However, the company has since become unresponsive, and I’ve received no support despite repeated attempts to follow up. This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.

Our downstairs A/C seized and stopped working at 9pm. They came out the next day and looked at it and immediately knew the system wasn’t working. They were very honest, showed us all of our options and then let us decide for ourselves. No sales pressure. We ended up getting a new inverter system and we are SO happy with it. My husband and I were so relieved to have HVAC company that was honest, EXCELLENT SERVICE, easy to work with, caring individuals, who got the job done and done well. Highly recommend Varsity Zone for anyone needing HVAC services!

Great customer service.

Varsity Zone and their HVAC tech Kyle were absolutely amazing. I called them after I spoke to a company (A1 Air) who quoted me over $2,000 in labor costs alone! $2,000! Can you believe that! I googled the 10 best HVAC companies near me and Varsity Zone was the first on the list. I called Wednesday night and Kyle came out at 0800 Thursday morning. He diagnosed the same problem as the other company but get this, his quote was less than 1/4 of that other company’s quote. I immediately signed on the dotted line and scheduled for him to come out and make the repair. Kyle was prompt, professional abd precise (he made the repair in less than hour. The other company told me it would take up to 4 hours). The icing on the cake is I found out that Kyle is my neighbor. I am so glad I called Varsity Zone!

Great service willing to help new a c unit

Our upstairs AC wasn't working. Jason came and did very thorough checks throughout the home to diagnose the problem. I'd highly recommend him and Varsity Zone for anyone.

I highly recommend this team. I will be using them again for service after agreeing to get a new unit replaced
