I recently used Choice Air because my A/C unit's compressor went out and the Evaporator was rusted out. Chris came out to my place to see the issue and reviewed all options with me to fit my needs. There was no pressure from a sales perspective and complete honesty in everything he presented. After we agreed on the terms of replacement, the install was done and my house was cool again. I will surely use Choice Air going forward for my maintenance as well.

I highly recommend Choice Air Care for any A/C needs! They were prompt, friendly, and efficient. Chris told me everything that was wrong with my unit and didn't feed me any sales pitch. He was upfront with pricing and costs. Was in and out in under an hour and now my A/C works like a champ!

Chris and his whole team were awesome to work with. He diagnosed the problem and gave me 3 options to fix it. They got the job done quickly and followed up to make sure everything was A-OK. They even went the extra mile by removing a "little something" from the attic. I'll definitely use these guys again. Great experience!

Our air went out in the late afternoon and Chip was at our house at 10:00 to assess the situation. They had a new system installed the next day. They were professional and knowledgeable and the new system works so much better than the old one. Plus, we got several quotes and their price was more than fair. Can't recommend highly enough.

I was in desperate need of help! Saturday night, no air! Didn't know who to call. So what do you do? Google! I found them and read the reviews. Awesome reviews and associated with BBB!
They're open 24 hours and flat fee for coming out. Weekends, middle of the night, you name it! Sound too good to be true? That's what I thought. Called and someone answered right away. The woman took my info and said some one would be by in the next couple hours, but would call 30 minutes before arrival. Our A/C unit decided to start working and since it was going to be late called to reschedule. Chris was extremely nice about rescheduling (because I knew it was going to happen again). Fast forward to today, Tuesday. Chip came between the time frame given and called ahead as promised. He did his diag and low and behold we needed a whole new unit. Not surprised as this one was 14 years plus! Chip worked to get the price manageable for me and it was a go! Got his crew together and arrived with not only 1 but 4 men to install!!!! Needless to say a job that I figured would go well into the night went a lot quicker. It seemed everyone had their job to do and it went like a well oiled machine! Oh, did I mention friendly?! Yes, all 4, including Chip were super nice and professional! But it doesn't stop there! Skooter is the man that comes after work is completed to check and make sure it's done correctly. Tested both inside and out. Informed us how to maintain. Super friendly as well!
House is cool and now everyone in my home is happy!!

We called on Saturday evening when one of our units stopped working. They booked a technician the next day. (I called 3 other companies and they all had 3 day wait). Technician arrived in the time window, he was respectful and knowledgeable. He had to spend longer than expected time in the hot attic in Texas summer. Overall a job well done.

Great experience! They responded so fast and fixed the problem right away. This was my first time to use Choice Air Care and I was definitely impressed. I'll be calling them again this spring for a tune up before we start using the AC. I highly recommend this company!

There was a problem during the startup to the cooling system. Chris, the owner, came out and found that the coolant in my two year old system that he installed was missing. He added some and said he would be by in a few days to check. He never returned and within two days the AC did not work again. It has been 5 days with the temperatures in the house in the 80s. I have tried to contact him via the phone # and with e-mail but he has not responded. I am moving on.

Called Choice Air Care about 8 pm Wednesday night, Chris was here within 35 minutes and unit fixed within about 30 mins. Lady spoke with when called was wonderful. I was blubbering upset with young grandkids at house and temp within 20 minutes of realizing situation was already 85 degrees in house. She assured me will be ok and it quickly was. Chris did not have to take the job, he had already put in a 12 hour day, but he did instead of having me wait for another tech to be free to get here. Professional caring people. Reasonable cost, especially for coming at night. Gained a customer for life. Thank you, Thank you!

I am blown away with the service I received. Monday evening at 10:30pm, my HVAC stopped working. I was in a panic, temps are above 100 and I have 5 dogs in the house who were getting warm. I started searching, and decided to go with Choice Air Care as they are a local company and website said they do after hour service. Not only did they fit me in, even though the service tech had 2 other jobs still to get done that night - but they do not charge an additional after hours fee. Their moto is if you can fix it, do that - do not replace unit if not necessary. So honest and fair with pricing (Competitive with market). Thank you so much!! I am switching my bi-annual service to them as well.

Chris and his team at Choice Air Care are top notch. I've had them out to the house multiple times this year and each time has been a positive experience. They're always accessible and if something ever doesn't make sense, the owner gets in his truck and drives over to help make sure everything is going right.

I called Choice Air this past week because my heater quit working and it was showing 54 degrees inside. I spoke with Chris to tell him what it was doing and he came out same day. He had it back up and running less than 15 minutes after arrival. I will definitely use them in the future and really appreciate the service.

Choice Air care replaced one of our HVAC systems. It was not expecting to replace after my AC stopped working. Chip promptly came in and inspected the system. He explained my options and gave some great advice. The replacement crew was professional and prompt. Chirs came in and did an inspection same day. Even though it was an unplanned expense, they made it as painless as possible. They earned a happy customer.

Called late at night when our heater stopped working. They were able to come out quickly, the technician was prepared, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. Pricing was fair and he recommended some maintenance to help keep our system working properly. I highly recommend this company!

Chris came and got our AC up and running on a late Sunday evening call. He saved me from the wrath of wife in our 90 degree home. Chris was honest and educated me on the system I had and what had gone wrong. I will never use another HVAC company. If you're looking for someone reliable and honest then look no further.

We had tried to get Choice Air to come and repair an issue with our AC unit. They had given a window of 3 hours on Day 1. The technician did not show up even after 3 hours past the window that was given. The reason that was given was the technician had to spend extra time on a previous appointment. We had to cancel and rebook for Day 2. It was the same issue on Day 2. The technician did not show up even after 4 hours past the given window time. After multiple attempts, we were able to communicate with the technician. The reason that was given was he had fix an issue that was not mentioned in the ticket. He communicated that he was going to come within 35 mins multiple times and did not show up. This is unacceptable and I am not going to work with them again.

After 3 visits by the HVAC company contracted through our home warranty, they said they identified that we needed one covered item (worth $650) and then added 5-6 additional items not covered under warranty. In all we would have owed close to 1k out of pocket. Chip, with Choice Air Care came out, identified the issue(s) immediately which were entirely unrelated to the what we had been told by the first Company, and fixed them all on the spot. he saved us $900+ had we gone with the original company. Awesome, honest service and can't recommend Chip highly enough.

I'm a first time home owner and I've been using Choice since I moved in. My ac unit was from 2003 so I knew it needed to be replaced eventually. Chip has come out and helped the last few years with maintenance. Today I got a new unit after a very informative estimate with my new options. Chip stayed until I was satisfied with the new system. Choice Air saved the Day! I noticed my air conditioning not cooling properly and reluctantly began looking for a company to service my unit. I was worried it would cost a fortune.
