We have just recently replaced an well overdue for change AC & Furnace. They did an outstanding job and were very professional. They had previously serviced my mother-in-law and she gave them rave reviews and I see why now that my wife and I have dealt with them as well. They gave a great price and provided top notch service.

Excellent service and craftsmanship. Arrived promptly on short notice to repair my old (since 2007) downstairs system (replaced capacitor and recharged refridgerant), and provided a very detailed estimate for a new Trane system. The new system install started on time and was done with attention to detail, including drainage. Got a 2 stage Trane XL17i, works well. Installed and setup my (purchased separately) ecobee premium thermostats too, for upstairs and downstairs. Terry and David and crew were fantastic. Highly recommended. Very pleased to have an AC service team nearby that I can trust.

After considering 6 different Trane contractors, we decided Terry at Cold Truth had the best price, absolutely the very best attitude and was as knowledgable and competent as any of the other 5 representatives. It's rare to find all 3 attributes in one company.

Terry and David spent the day supervising my install. They also added new duct work and registers, and removed poorly installed duct work, all without charging any additional money.

I chose this company because they were straight forward, low key, and had a good rating. They also had the best hookup with a few home improvement banks for financing. But most of all gave me the best price and equipment (Trane). Did 2 complete AC/furnace systems in half a day. They put 3 crews on it and talk about impressive with a "done right" job. Wow. Everyone was careful, professional and knew exactly what to do. Happy customer here.

I waited nearly a year to post this review, just to weed out any issues. There were none - zero. These guys are pros and better yet, care deeply about getting it right. We dropped a ton of money on a Trane variable speed and it was sooooo worth it. The humidity in our home prior was plus 60%. Post installation - in the 40%’s consistently. These guys came out a few weeks after installation to make some modifications to the system after learning a few things about this new tech. And let me tell you - we had a dehumidifier prior- but after they came out - no need for that unit. Call the Cold Truth now and trust these guys to not only give you the best price - but to do you a solid in getting the tech right - which in our modern society is truly golden 💕

I've had an overflow problem with my A/C for about 2 years. I've had other companies come out and say that my line was not clogged but they could never correct the problem. Finally, Nick from The Cold Truth came out and after several minutes took off the front cover of the unit. He said he saw a bunch of gunk had built up where the pan meets the drainage pipe. He took the time to clean it out and used some degreaser solution. He then tested the unit for several minutes and the was no overflow and the unit it is now working as designed. Nick took the time to think about what could be causing the problem. My family and I are so grateful. Thank you some much. Customers for life!

Love these guys. Honest work and won’t upsell you on replacing your entire system when it’s a specific component. Replaced two condensers with them and service was excellent and any follow up appointments were quick and painless. Had an issue at 5 pm on a Friday and had a tech diagnose and fix it within an hour of my call. Nick is an excellent technician

I can't recommend Cold Truth enough to anyone in their service area. David was professional and courteous and made me feel like I was the most important customer and not just another "service ticket" they had to work on. The took the time to explain the process, walk me through options, and didn't try and hard sell me. I never hope to have AC issues, however if I do, I know I can count on their team to be there for me. If you are in the need for repairs or replacements CALL THEM!! You wont regret it!

The evaporator coil ruptured on my 11 year old, 3.5 ton unit at the end of May. The company that diagnosed the problem was unable to repair my HVAC for 10 days - which would have left me without a/c for almost 2 weeks. A friend recommended The Cold Truth - she trusts them implicitly. They came out on a Friday to confirm the problem and had the repair crew at my door first thing Monday morning with a new Trane evaporator coil. This company went above and beyond to accommodate me and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Extremely professional and conscientious crew. They didn’t try to make me buy a new HVAC - they simply replaced the broken parts. Thank you for being a trustworthy HVAC company with fair and reasonable pricing.

The Cold Truth replaced my AC and Furnace with a Trane unit. The team showed up on time and clearly explained all the work to be done and when should be completed. This was one of the most professional and courteous contractor teams I have ever had work in my house. They did everything they said they would do and completed in the time they estimated. The job looks clean and everything is working great. I have 100% use and recommend The Cold Truth for any future work I need.

Cold Truth installed two units at our home in 2019. They were very professional in the process and the pricing was fair and transparent. Since the install Dave has provided outstanding customer service while doing regular preventative maintenance and one mechanical repair to the equipment. Would highly recommend Dave and team.

The Cold Truth is an awesome organization. There is great communication from David concerning appointments and they call with a 20 minute notice that the techs are on the way. The techs are highly skilled and super honest. Terry is great. They kept me informed every step of the way. They even came out on a Sunday evening. The Cold Truth is my go to company for all things HVAC.

The Cold Truth replaced our HVAC system and they did a great job! They covered the floor, stairs and any work area. We were amazed how quick they got the work done, started at 8:30 and finished around 3:30. We went with a Trane XL17 and this system is insanely large. The temperature in the whole house is more even. Thanks to the team at The Cold Truth!

Can't say enough good things about this company!! They were referred to me by a coworker and I'm so happy I called them! I came home from vacation to an 86 degree house at the beginning of July. I had another reputable company initially come out and diagnose the issue and give me a bid for a whole new HVAC system. Then I called The Cold Truth for a second opinion/bid. Terry came out and came to the same conclusion as the first company, that a new HVAC was needed. He spoke highly of the other company and said their prices were fair, but then gave me his honest opinion on the brand of equipment they were selling - and said he felt they were selling me more equipment than I truly needed for my size house. He had a window unit in his truck which he left with me to help keep my house cool, and said he was leaving that with me whether I went with him or not. The Cold Truth's bid came in below the other company and they offered 2 years warranty on labor vs the other company's 1 year. I chose The Cold Truth, in the end, and they installed everything beautifully! Terry showed me all the equipment after the install, went over how everything was installed and what was done. He made a point to fully clean up any mess that was made and make sure all work areas were clear of debris, left over screws, etc. Then about 24 hours later, my breaker ended up going out causing a loss of power to the unit. Terry had to come all the way back out and replace the breaker to get me up and running, and he didn't even charge me for that extra trip or breaker replacement!! Amazing service, fair prices, honest and full of integrity!! Highly, highly recommend!!
