Had my furnace stop working, called The Cold Truth and a gentleman named Nick was there in 2 hours. He was great. Explained to me what exactly was going on and had it fixed the same day. I will be using The Cold Truth from here on out! Friendly, fair, and fast!

We've always enjoyed the interactions we've had with the Cold Truth staff. They are very fair in their assessments, repair at a reasonable cost, and only suggest upgrades to new equipment if absolutely necessary. The times we've been in a bind and needed someone quick, they were responsive and adjusted schedules to fit us in. That's a comforting feeling to have in a state where the weather can fluctuate from hot to cold and back so quickly. I'd highly recommend them to others.

Terry came out to run the biyearly check on my air conditioning system and as always was very professional and courteous. As with all of the technicians that I have had at my house the professionalism doesn't change and they always wore their booties. Terry also has a very personal demeanor about him and he makes you feel very comfortable but also makes you feel important and that he gets the job done right. Once again, great service. I have had several calls to this company and literally EVERY SINGLE TIME they perform in an outstanding manner. They returned my call in a timely fashion, assisted on the phone in an attempt to trouble shoot my issue and then ended up coming to my home prepared with everything they would need to execute. Courteous, professional, efficient, quick, and then to top it off Nick was friendly and polite. I am happy to once again give them a 5 star rating. If this was my company I would be very proud of it.

Got both the units replaced (Lennox) with Trane using Cold Truth. Team did an outstanding job with the installation and provided best prices. If you are looking to replace the whole system with Trane, then Cold Truth Air is the best option. Installation included replacing the entire system (Furnace, coil and condense unit) with Trane XR 17 two-stage and using existing Nest Thermostat. Best price and quality work.

Quick to respond to service request and quick to make repairs. The communication was excellent and they offered different approaches to resolve the issue. The crew was very conscientious about coming through house and protecting areas (carpets and flooring) from potential damage. I had weighed reviews heavily in deciding who to call and The Cold Truth was still able to exceed expectations for quality customer service.

Terry is the man.... my recent experience with Terry has been wonderful... he is patient, calm, listens to questions, answers them in detail, gives me options, demonstrates how its done, walks me thru the process....(everything an inquisitive customer would expect).... Dave the service mgr has been great with his prompt responses over phone and text....

The Cold Truth replaced my HVAC air handler with the Trane TEM4 air handler and did a great job. I had 2 other quotes but none of them suggested to only replace the inside unite and add Freon to keep my system running cool until they could install it saving me from the excess heat while waiting for the installation.

Amazing company and people... It's not often you can say that about someone you really only call when there's an issue that is likely going to cost you money, but it describes The Cold Truth well. From the first interaction with the office, to the service call, everything they've done for us has been great. They don't suggest unnecessary things, and in fact, have saved me quite a bit of money over other companies. They usually find some way to make it out same day, which in most cases, is a life saver.

My AC finally gave up and needed to be replaced. Terry and his team came out to replace my unit no problem! They were fast and even though there were a few snags, due to my older home, he was able to troubleshoot to fix everything on time with a reasonable price. Great company - family owned!

I have used Cold Truth's services about 6 times over the last one year. They are so far better than the nine other AC services I have used in the past that I have not thought of any else when an issues pops up - best in quality work and cost. We’ve had amazing experiences with the Cold Truth. Last summer our AC went out in July. When they realized we had a newborn, they came out same day so the baby wouldn’t overheat.

Recently the evaporator coil went out on our system and needed to be replaced. The team arrived on time and even waited around after the repair to ensure the AC was working properly.

Everyone is extremely polite and professional. Payment can easily be made with a card.
