We called this location this afternoon to ask about some specific HVAC duct supplies and the person we spoke to (Conrad? I'm not sure of his name) was awesome. Very helpful and friendly, even knowing he didn't have what we needed. He checked inventory at their Plano store and we went there to make the purchase. It was one of the most helpful interactions I've ever had. The people in the Plano store were very helpful and friendly as well.

I bought an AC capacitor from Reece and paid 3 times as much as the price online for a similar high quality part. The capacitor went bad after a week. No warranty on extremely overpriced part. Staff were nice though.

Chip is absolutely the best! 2 years ago I had 2 different companies try and scam me into replacing both units on my house for over $15k. That was after already giving them several thousand. I finally got too suspicious of the multiple call backs and decided to give Choice Air Care (Chip) a call. Still skeptical I watched as Chip showed me where the previous company had sabotaged my units. Within an hour Chip had my units up and running for a minor fraction of what I had already paid the previous company. Chip is the real deal! He actually cares to fix the problem and not to try to take you to the cleaners with unnesseary repairs. I will never let another person ever touch or look at my ac again. Since meeting him I have referred him so many close friends and family. Each of them praise him as well. I recently finally had to replace one of my 14 year old units 2 years after the previous company said they where no longer functional. My other unit is still working fine. We have used this place since we moved to Frisco, back in 2018. We had them out last fall to do Fall service with no problem. When we tried to book the spring service every time my wife called the phone was not answered and it rolled to voice mail and it said voice mail is full. Finally I got through and we schedule something. They were suppose to come between 8-11 and never showed up nor called. I finally got a text at 6:15 apologizing and offering to come then. I did not respond. If you were going to miss then at least call and tell me. Good thing I moved on with some other stuff that needed to get done. I was surprised and disappointed. The only think I can think is there has been a change in ownership.

Had our unit replaced in 2016, have had choice come out a few times for small calls. Skooter just left after finding a loose wire in the thermostat. He arrived well before the expected window of 4:00 to 7:00. Ran through some trouble shooting promptly found the problem and took care of us. Choice continues to exceed customer service expectations and will always be the ones that we call for service.
