Chris was very helpful initially. I purchased an outdoor HVAC unit for over $4000 with the promise that an an integral indoor part would also be replaced and that maintenance return was included. 6 months later no one will respond to my calls or emails and the part replacement and spring maintenance has still not happened. Do not do business with Choice Air Care!

Another week has passed and another promise unkept! No call. No response. No honor of paid in full contract.

Choice Air Care is the best for your air conditioning needs, Highly recommend! This company provided excellent service and was responsive. After comparing prices with other companies, Choice Air Care was the most reasonable! Chris and his team did an amazing and professional job! Thank you!

Choice Air Care answered the phone early Friday morning and came to my house out before lunch. Unfortunately, my 13-year-old compressor died beyond repair and they could only offer a pricey replacement of the full cooling system. I paid the $70 diagnosis fee and declined. Luckily, I have a second HVAC unit and was able to take some time to shop around. I got one elsewhere and saved over a thousand. I have no doubt Choice Air would have done good work, and in all my interactions with them they were courteous and professional.

My A/C unit went out on Saturday and I was thinking there is no way that I am going to have it fixed anytime soon. I made a call to Choice Air Care. They provided me with superior service (no pressure), reasonable pricing and unbelievable responsiveness. They came out that night, were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Chris took the time to explain in detail the issue and what caused it, repaired it and I was back up and running same day (weekend). I will be using Choice Air Care from now on and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of A/C or heating repairs.

The high Google ratings met my expectations for this company. Chris was professional and showed me his license to operate upon arrival. I am learning as a homeowner we must check licenses and company credentials before we authorize work in our homes. Go to tdlr.texas.gov to see if they're legit! Choice Air Care came to my rescue and fixed the issue in under an hour after another company band-aid my problem leaving us without AC for 2 days!! I highly recommend Choice Air Care! Do not use Choice Air Care. They don't know how to run a business. 6 years ago, for a couple years, I had great experience. But ever since Chip left, the business has gone downhill. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Read on for details...

You cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Their voicemail box is full, so you can't leave a message. It gives you the option of sending someone an SMS, which doesn't work. No one calls back.

This last service call my A/C went out. Managed to get Chris to answer and he put me on the schedule for 9-12 the next morning. No one showed up! No one called! I couldn't leave a voicemail. I finally sent an angry email at 9pm that night saying I was stood up. Chris texted me and said he would be there the next day - first stop, 9-12. Showed up late. Too hurried to even talk. Claims he switched out a starter (which they supposedly replaced a couple years ago). 30 minutes after he left, A/C stopped working. Then he said, can't get you in tomorrow (friday) but I have you FIRST on the schedule Saturday morning 9-12. Again - NO SHOW. I had to text at 1pm to say no one showed up. Chris claimed some mix up with scheduling jobs and getting the wrong size unit - he would take care of it personally Monday and would see me 9-12 - first stop. Monday rolls around - he's not there by 10, so I call. He claims he's in line at the store getting parts. Be here soon. An hour later we text again, and he claims he has his truck loaded, but needs to drop off parts at another job, then the office, then will text on his way to my house. at 12:11pm that Monday was the last I heard from him. He GHOSTED ME. They stood me up THREE TIMES. (fool me once, shame on you, fool me three times, shame on me, I guess).

I finally Monday night called another company. They gave me a 10am-Noon slot the next morning. Showed up 30 minutes early. Fixed it without replacing my entire unit. They know how to run a company. Chris and Choice Air Care DO NOT. AVOID them for your own sanity (and wallet).

My elderly Mom had Air Conditioning issues late in the evening on a Sunday night. I called and the owner came out and worked on the unit and got it back working within 30 minutes at a reasonable cost. I will use them every time I have any future issues with my cooling systems. They were prompt and nice to deal with. I know she has a very old unit, but he did not try to sell me a new one and simply repaired the old one. I am sure I will need to buy one in the future and I will certainly call Choice Air Care when I am ready. Thanks again Chris!

Great experience with Choice Air Care. Having your A/C go out is never a fun experience. But they were able to fit me in the same day I called. Chip was prompt, professional, and efficient in diagnosing the problem. And the repair was just as professional and efficient. Very straightforward and honest throughout the whole process. No pressure to buy other services.

My AC stopped working at 4 pm, and Chris was to our house by 415 pm. We had a brand new functioning unit installed and working by 8 pm the same day. Fantastic timeliness and partnership to take care of us, which is what you need when making a large purchase like a new unit. I appreciate their professionalism, and the new efficient unit will be great in the long run for us.

The team at Choice Air Care originally came out to simply install a new system. They were prompt and showed up during very unconventional hours. They worked diligently to resolve several issues that arose during the installation and came out promptly several times after the fact when we observed follow-up issues until we were satisfied. I would definitely recommend their services.

Chris & Choice Air Care are awesome! You have A/C problems in this Texas heat, call Chris. Made an appointment; Chris showed up when he said he would, texted me to let me know how far away he was from my house & fixed my issue in I’d say 20 minutes…and did this at 10pm at night! No question who I call the next time I have issues.

FAST service appointment, and Chris was extremely knowledgeable. After the a/c going out one evening and the next day scheduled to be 100-degress, I called a couple of A/C companies and appointments were 2-4days out. I called Choice Air Care and they were able to get me scheduled the SAME DAY, and Chris had it our unit up and running in an hour. Then he provided the problem to us, and how to address in the future. Great experience, and I'd highly recommend.

Chris is unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and call him whenever you have AC issues. He was prompt, professional, honest, and did an amazing job for us. I can’t say enough about how impressed we were.

Highly recommend! Glad we called Choice Air Care when our old A/C was having issues. These guys are great across the board: customer service, knowledge, professional, quality, price, timely, you name it! We had the pleasure of working with Owen and he made our experience great. Scheduled a tech to look at our A/C, but when he arrived I was told that it was "normal" for my A/C to run non-stop for 5+ hours in the evening without even looking at my system. He spent a couple minutes explaining why it was normal and then left.

I called Air Repair Pros for a second opinion. Turns out the compressor in my unit was going bad. I had them replace the compressor and our A/C works great again, nice and cold, *very* noticeable difference. My Nest history (img attached) is additional evidence that the repair was needed; you can see the daily running hours drop from 17h+ to 10h+.

I'm sure there are more thorough techs, and maybe my guy just had a long day before showing up, but based on my personal experience I would not recommend Choice Air Care.

What a great experience we had with Choice Air Care. The first time we used them to replace a capacitor in one of our old units. We had such a good experience that when it was time to replace our two 18 year old Trane units we called them. Chris came out and very thoroughly went over our house and what was needed. We had two new Trane units installed later for a fair price. The installation went smooth. After the installers finished Chris came out to inspect everything and make sure we were happy. These new units are so efficient we haven't' had an electric bill over $200 all summer! Since then they have come out twice to make sure all is good going forward. I can't say anything bad about these guys. Nowadays it's hit or miss with getting good service. This company is a hit. A big thank you to Chris and all at Choice Air Care!

Talked to Chris on Thursday and we was very informative and professional. My house had a 25 year old ac system leaking r22 which is super expensive. As our house got to 90 degrees called to get a new system Thursday. He got us a great system at a very affordable payment and was out the next day. Both Chris and the installers were very quick clean professional and informative. Would definitely recommend them.

I don't usually write reviews online but I felt compelled to write one about my recent experience with Choice Air Care. I have owned a house in Plano for a number of years and during that time I have hired carpenters, roofers, plumbers, and other craftspeople to do work on my house, but I have never had an experience like the one I had recently with Choice Air Care.

They came to my house and spent about 45 minutes, carefully evaluating and explaining the various options.

In the end, I decided to replace my furnace. I was concerned about getting the job done in a timely fashion, but they guaranteed that they would return the next day and start on it immediately - and they did: the crew arrived on time, and got the job done! The men were friendly, answered all of my questions, were respectful of my house, and when the job was done, they carefully explained the new wireless thermostat, double-checked the electrical wiring, and made certain that everything worked perfectly before they left.

As I said, of the many craftspeople I have hired over the past years to do work in my house, Choice Air Care was by far the most professional. I recommend them highly!

Had to Call Choice Air Care on both of my AC units in the past week. Each time I called they came out the same day and provided great service. The technician Chris for me up and running and gave me multiple options for repair vs replace. He was honest and fast! I will absolutely use Choice again.

Chris came out just 2 hours after my initial service request(This was around 8PM btw). Truly appreciate his thoroughness in the work he performs as well as his sense of urgency.

My had been out a little over two weeks. I called Chris and came out the same day. He was very professional and wasn't looking to make up a problem for extra money. He came out at 9pm had my air conditioning back running by 9:20pm. Know what he is doing and will explain what caused the problem. Highly recommend 💯 Thanks again Chris!
