This company is amazing! During the storm we had, our streets were hit hard with ice, and we lost heat. Although they couldn’t get out to us because of the streets, they were able to FaceTime us and give us the best service.

Within an hour, we were able to fix our heater, and our house went from 59 to 70 pretty quickly. The fact that they cared so much to help us is the customer service that makes them stand out as the best company.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for any HVAC needs!

Ali was wonderful, he is a sharp, intelligent professional. He knows his product line and knows how to put together a solution to you specific issue I highly recommend him and his company.

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning did an excellent job. I’m knowledgeable of HVAC systems and knew what the issue was before they did the repair, which was the evaporator coil developed a crack and needed to be replace. I found them to be very knowledgable, transparent and honest with the work that was needed to be done. I had a bad experience with a different HVAC repair company about a year ago, so I was paying extra attention to the repair men and the work and I can say without a doubt they exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely use them again if I have a problem.

He didn't a fantastic job , his is well vast a pot of knowledge on the system well explained ,the pro and cons . His an asset not just another worker. Good job.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience absolutely warrants a warning to others. I hired One Hour Heating and Air – Frisco to repair my A/C, and not only did they fail to diagnose the actual issue, but they also charged me for unnecessary parts and labor. Incredibly, five different technicians — including the owner — all misdiagnosed the problem.

The team was clearly unprepared, lacked the proper knowledge, and ultimately left my unit in worse condition than before. When I called to follow up, I was met with poor customer service and zero accountability. I eventually had to hire another company to correct their mistakes — at an even greater cost.

Unprofessional, unqualified, and unreliable. Avoid at all costs.

CHECK THEIR WORK! I was overcharged for work that wasn't even necessary, then wasn't even completed. Called to dispute and received awful assistance, but offered additional work that "needed" to be done.

Attached photos of the turbine that "needed" to be cleaned, but was not. That is quoted @ $1000 service.

The technician was very informative, very courteous, very knowledgeable with his Work. I highly recommend this gentleman for your HVAC needs.

Ali is super knowledgeable and identified the issue correctly. He offers his honest take on the fix and his recommendations which is exactly what i was looking for.

I had good experience with One Hour Heating. Ali came to our house and he explained well about the units and he did a good job with thermostats.

Guy was punctual, informative and very professional. He offered a reasonable inspection, 2x/year service contract which is a good value.

Guy Cummings was very nice and knowledgeable. He made sure he gave me the opportunity to ask any questions about his service or other options for my unit.

Bhavya is very professional, helpful and understands customer needs to help out. I had reached out for help when one of the HVAC unit stopped working and he helped prioritize his technician crew at One Hour to come help out. He personally ensured the unit was up and running and did the due diligence to explain the nuances and keep the customer updated.

The technician was good and explained many DIY and other maintenance items which as a homeowner we need to take care weather ourself or via a technician helped to understand the system and how it works

I will never use One Hour Heating and Air. They use a 3rd party to cold call residents in the area. Today (Christmas Eve) I received my 4th call from this service, each time I have told them that I am on the National Do Not Call List. They continue to call…. I will be filing a complaint against One Hour Heating for this practice with the FCC.

JUST RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL FROM THIS COMPANY, THIS IS NOW HARASSMENT. STAY AWAY!!!

Since I cannot respond to the comment from the company. As stated they call yet again today, I specifically asked the caller and she stated she worked for and represented One Hour Heating and air conditioning in Frisco Tx. Not sure why the owner denies it.

Ali and his team member (John) came for AC tuneup today and they both together did excellent work, Ali explained how to take care AC unit to avoid unnecessary issues in future as well. Ali is extremely patient enough to explain the workflow of AC unit to maintain as expected. Great job Ali. Thank you for your service today. Will recommend Ali and his team for AC/ HVAC related work.
