Scheduled appointment window 10-1 no call no follow up from technician

Scheduled a service call for 8-10am for AC not cooling. Total no show. Then finally got a call at 4:30 and the guy says, “sorry, my Tech has been ghosting me all day. Probably better to call someone else.”
Wow - it’s 100+ degrees and service like this is not acceptable. Don’t risk a hot day with these guys. Try someone else. Not worth the headache.

Tony came to our new home late Friday evening and stayed for a couple of hours diagnosing what the problem was and how to correct it. Never during the process did he seem in a rush to leave or seem disinterested in making sure the job was done right. After correcting the issue he made it a point to review what was found, how he corrected it and how to avoid this issue in the future. I would definitely rate Tony and his service as first class!
