Nate was our tech today and from the moment he stepped into our home he was professional and had excellent communication with me each step of the way and was very detailed in what he found in our indoor and outdoor units. Jose did an outstanding job! He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. Legend Air delivered on their promise with an impressively quick turnaround—our AC was back up and running within just 24 hours. The entire process was smooth, and the quality of work was excellent. This is the most professional, courteous, efficient company. Jose D. Is excellent, kind, delightful, someone you can trust in your home. Very respectful. I would have Jose come out every time. Jose made sure to take the time to cover up furniture and clothing. He cleaned the floors, made sure to ask questions and permission to enter rooms. He is very thorough. He is happy and positive. His manners and attitude is a testament to the the hiring process and the company. If every other company could resemble this man, and this company, they would retain business.
Edited to say: start to finish, this is the company to call, for all your hvac needs, from diagnosis to install, maintenance and everything between. The only company i will use because of there higher level quality.

I had a great experience with Luis from Legend Air. He came out to check my AC and quickly identified the problem. He explained what was going on in a clear way. The work was done efficiently, and my AC is running smoothly again. This team has helped me before and are reliable and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Luis if you need AC service

Jason was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He answered any and all questions and concerns we had. He explained in detail all of our options and put us at ease. It’s never ideal to have the ac go out but if it does Jason is the perfect person for the job!!

I had an issue that my home warranty did not cover so I scheduled an appointment with legend air and electric through their website over the weekend and they were able to get someone out to check everything out on system by Monday.

If you like having someone come in and not walk you through every step of the way, then this probably isn’t the company for you. They sent out Jason and I have to say he was almost too thorough which is hard to admit. He went over every part of the system and explained his findings to me every step of the way. Completely opposite of what I have been dealing with when going through my home warranty company where they only spend 30 minutes on my property.

He did accidentally step on a soft spot on the ceiling and put a small crack in the bathroom, but if you’ve ever been up in an attic in difficult spaces you should know that it’s probably going to happen. He instantly apologized and said they would get it fixed without me even having to ask. Accidents happen, it’s how the company responds when they do happen is what you should look for.

I would have put 4 stars because of the crack (which isn’t a big deal at all) but the way he responded was sincere and professional definitely deserve the 5 stars rating.

TLDR: If you need anything done with your HVAC system at all, use Legends Air & Electric and ask for Jason.

Jason came by today to evaluate my HVAC system as it was not performing up to standard. Jason took good care of us during his visit and helped us design a new replacement HVAC system to replace our aging system. Thank you, Jason!

Liz and Luis were amazing! My heat is not working on the coldest weekend of the year! They helped in getting me an appt and an electric heater in the mean time. Their customer service was above board.

Y’all… if you’re even thinking about getting your vents cleaned, stop what you’re doing and call Legend Air right now. Nathan and Jose were AHHHMAZING. Like, not just “they did a good job” amazing — I’m talking above and beyond, “where have you been all my life” kind of amazing.

They were so friendly and easy to talk to (the kind of people you instantly feel good about letting into your home). They showed up right on time, communicated everything clearly, and were super thorough. They didn’t just clean the vents — they cleaned the grids, scrubbed out all the dust and gunk, cleaned the blowers in BOTH of our units, and even swapped out our UV light like total pros.

And because of course life happens… when my dog decided to make a break for it (thanks to me — NOT them), they literally chased her down and helped catch her without missing a beat. Like… can we talk about legendary service??

Everything looks (and feels) so much cleaner now — I can literally breathe easier. I can’t recommend Legend Air — and especially Nathan and Jose — enough. Five stars. Ten stars. ALL the stars.

Nate came out today to do a maintenance check up on my AC system. He took a second look on my upstairs system that had just got some work done and is going to have the crew come back and fix something he noticed. He also checked up on downstairs unit and cleaned my evaporator coils. Nate was great and I appreciated his honest and clear advice for recommendations.

Jose and Nathan were the amazing duo! Very friendly and professional. They did an amazing job cleaning my air ducts and vents. I am now breathing fresh clean in my home! Highly recommend Legend Air for all your AC and heating needs!

Jason has been very thorough in checking out my ac system. He has provide very good info on the condition of our system, with suggestions on what to do next or a way to make the system work a bit better. Jason has never been aggressive in pushing for a new system with me, and I appreciate that.
His troubleshooting and use of the various tools of his trade are outstanding, as, I myself know a bit about the trade and have a heavy background in electronics.

Nathan, was incredibly helpful when he arrived to provide an HVAC system check. He was able to bring some things to our attention that are not only timely, but not done out of a fearful/ scare tactic.

Our heater was out due to drain line clog, when it was 29F outside and Luis was awesome , he showed up on time and was thorough in his job. He stayed back until he ensured the system was up. He also explained few things that can help keep the HVAC healthy. Overall it was a good experience from booking appointment to getting the system fixed

Gerardo came today to complete the repair needed on my HVAC system. He was very pleasant to work with. His work was neat and he explained everything as he completed the repairs. He showed me pictures of everything being repaired before and after they were repaired. I appreciated his straightforwardness and keeping me apprised of what he was doing. He was very nice and respectful young man.
I took a photo of him along with the Legend sign but my Internet went down just as I was completing my review and I lost the photo.

Jason was fantastic throughout the entire process. He kept me informed about when he would arrive, and he was right on time. His meticulous approach to going through everything and explaining it all to me was greatly appreciated.

Although the news wasn't what I wanted to hear, it wasn't surprising, and it was certainly better to know now before my system fails rather than when I'm in crisis mode. I truly appreciate Jason's time and efforts. I would absolutely recommend Jason and Legend to my family, friends, and even strangers.
