After mistakenly dropping both my wedding and engagement ring down a flushing toilet I immediately tried to come to terms that they were gone. Given the sentimentality of them (especially the one that was my grandmother’s) I felt I had to at least consult with a plumber to be able to move forward. I called GPS plumbing and Dawna answered the phone. She was incredibly sympathetic and consulted with the crew who said the likely hood of recovering them was low but they’d be willing to put a camera down in the pipes to check for them.. Fisher and Nick came out and were incredibly competent, kind and respectful. They pulled the toilet put a camera down the drain and saw BOTH rings in the pipe. After many hours over two days they were able to recover both my wedding and engagement ring. Even though the odds were low on recovery, the time and effort they put into retrieving them made all of the difference. Truly a remarkable experience and I am forever grateful for their skill and determination in retrieving my rings.

We had our 2 water heaters replaced this year 2025. Both times, they were professional, and pleasant in their work and I'd definitely hire them again. We needed a new platform for one of the heaters and they coordinated with a handyman who also did very good work with quality materials, making the whole experience seamless for us.

Sebastian and Kevin were amazing! They explained everything, were very kind, and assisted with a couple toilet rebuilds. GPS will be our go-to plumbing company moving forward.

GPS plumbing has earned my trust. They do great work for a fair price and stand behind the work. I had a problem after a recent project they had completed and they were came by same day and fixed it at no cost. It wasn’t happening until a few days after the job was completed and it was a stuck valve. Great company to get plumbing service from. And Brendan is great!

They came in and fixed all of my problems, quickly cleanly politely and reliably. I could not be happier. The two technicians were absolute professionals. I had them install a instant hot water dispenser a new kitchen faucet a new pressure valve in front of the house to regulate the pressure for the whole house. A new outside spigot for the hose and they fixed the dishwasher leak. Excellent service.

We had no water pressure at home. The showed up on time able to provide us fix with replacing the PRV . And they are reasonable. The very high rated more than 20k review on google plumbing company literally gave us double the price of what GPS plumbing gave us. Definitely recommend them.

I just had an extremely positive experience with GPS Plumbing here in Frisco. We had a gas leak, called and spoke with Donna who was extremely professional on the phone. Within 2 hours Brandon was able to come out, explain in layman’s terms exactly where the leak was and what could have caused it, and fixed it. It was an overall 5 star experience in what could have been something much worse. Thanks very much GPS Plumbing!

Steve and his crew went above and beyond my expectations.
This was a difficult location to install a water heater of sufficient capacity and Steve went out of his way to find the right unit and get it installed for a reasonable price in a timely manner.

GPS Plumbing was fantastic! They were super professional, responsive and gave us the best price out of three different companies. They took the time to explain exactly why we needed that specific repair. I highly recommend them!

Called at 8:30 am and they had someone that showed up at our house by 10:30 to diagnose and fix a water leak. They located the leak and fixed the issue. The guys were very professional and courteous in all communication with me. I’ve used GPS in the past and highly recommend them!

GPS has done a ton of different things for me over the last 10 years…fixed broken pipes, swapped shut off valves, replaced toilets, cleaned drains, installed water heater, and I’m sure I’m forgetting other things…and even helped me on Christmas Eve once.

Aaron and Zain (hopefully spelled their names correctly) from GPS Plumbing came out to help with a kitchen sink leak and a clogged dishwasher. Not only were they knowledgeable in what could have been the problem, but they also checked their work thoroughly afterwards before leaving to make sure it was fixed. Very friendly and easy to talk to. We will be using them again if another plumbing issue arises.

This is a great company! We called today to schedule a garbage disposal issue thinking it would be a day or 2, and they were there about 2 hours later! Quickly fixed the issue and price was very fair. Excellent customer service. We also used them about 3 years ago for a toilet repair and they were awesome then. Highly recommend this plumbing company!

At last I’ve found a plumbing company that is awesome! Had new gas range installed and updated shower fixtures. Simple enough… but Fischer was quick and super nice! My online neighborhood referral website often recommends GPS plumbing which is why I gave them a shot. Thankful I did. And Miss Donna was super helpful in getting me a quote and scheduling me! Both Donna & Denese in the office were attentive l, friendly and professional…. Then both Sergio & Justin were timely, knowledgeable and 100% focused on finding the leak in the slab and gave me their detailed findings…. purely a much better experience than I expected
