Our hot water heater broke, and water was going everywhere. Thankfully Berkeys replaced it quickly and helped us stop the massive leak. They even came out the same day, on a holiday week, when things get super busy. They were professional from the start. The people who answered the phone, to the technicians that installed the hot water tank did an amazing job. Thank you for saving our Thanksgiving!

Berkeys sent out an hvac expert to do routine checkup on both of my 8 year old units. They were super friendly and professional and gave me a heads up an hour before arrival. I'll definitely be using them again.

Never disappointed! We use Berkey's for all of our plumbing needs and they are always professional, fast and fair. We had Gustavo today and he was amazing! Answered all of my questions, and completed my repairs in less than an hour!

My kitchen hot water dispenser sprung a leak and once again Berkeys came to my rescue. The technician (Tommy) arrived promptly, was very courteous and knowledgeable about dispensers. When he finished with the installation, there was no evidence that he had performed any work, meaning the area was clean - old dispenser out of sight along with his towels and the packing materials of the new item. Now that's service! Thanks Tommy and Berkeys.

I got a HVAC tune up on promo from Home Depot. Berkeys was prompt in showing up, courteous, professional, and thorough in their work. They were good in communication and scheduling as well. Price was great on promo. They did want to sell me on a few services that were not immediately required which I will need to note down, do my diligence and then go forth if needed.

No one wants to have to call a plumber but if you need one, Berkeys is the best. They come right when you need them and their staff is fantastic. Randy Sitto was my technician and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional & so pleasant that I already asked if I’d be able to ask for him should I need their services again. Even though my initial call was for a leak in the bathroom he was kind enough to fix my last minute clogged kitchen sink - saving me from having to make an additional appointment. Overall, very satisfied.

We cannot say enough great things about Berkey’s Plumbing, AC & Electrical. Every time we’ve called, they’ve been available and responsive.

After a powerful storm knocked out our unit, they were at our home within 12 hours and had everything up and running so our boys weren’t stuck in a hot house for long. That kind of urgency and care means a lot to our family.

More recently, we’ve been dealing with a humidity issue in our home. Berkey’s has come out multiple times to help troubleshoot and work toward a solution. Even though we’re still working through it, they’ve consistently checked in and continue looking for answers instead of brushing it off. That level of commitment says a lot.

A special thank you to Ryan, who has been unbelievable throughout this process. He’s stayed connected, given it his all to help us figure out what’s going on, and has been both personable and incredibly knowledgeable. My water heater installation was about as stress free as I could ask for! My technicians (Daniyel and Jacob) were courteous, professional and personable. Every step of the process was explained to me and the guys did not leave until they know that my new water heater was running smoothly. Great experience and the price was very reasonable for the upgrade water heater I purchased. I will contact Berkeys again when I need service done right!

Great and professional service. The guy was very polite and efficient and capable. Still Berkeys is the highest price operator I have encountered. If I owned the company, I would love them. They always try to upsell when they come. It might be an insulation cover for your attic door leading to the roof, or some light purifier $3k on your system, or soft-start $900 or quickstart $400, add-on to the HVAC system they sold. To me, this is not bad, it is just like dealing with a car dealership, you are going to pay too much, but it will be done well and turnkey. There will be no real input of necessary or could wait. I would just suggest taking their quotes, doing more research and getting bids. I kind of admire the company for aggressively chasing revenue out of customers like me. I do trust their work quality.

When you get a technician that represents the company he/she works for at the highest level, It's great to be able to share that with others. Berkeys technician Steven Johnson was knowledgeable, experienced, informative, and answered all my questions with very helpful information about how my system works and how to keep it working efficiently for how hot/cool I like my house. I have a dual damper system that make maintaining a comfortable temperature, in any room, difficult.
I highly recommend this company, and when needed ask for Steven to be your technician of choice.

I can always rely on Berkey's to show up when they say they will and fix whatever plumbing issue might arise. I have used them 5 times in the last 10 years and they never disappoint. The problem is resolved, the right way, no corners cut, no shortcuts. This time they located and repaired a slab leak and were able to reroute the damaged pipe without having to tunnel under the house or cut up the foundation. If you want it done right Berkey's is a great choice.

Mathew came to service my heaters and AC for last two times. I went to my attack yesterday and saw something which blow my mind away! I had a roof change last year and saw AC pan full of nails, pieces of roof shingles and woods. I broom them and cleaned it. How during two visits it was not cleaned or reminding me to clean? But, Mathew wanted me to buy drainage liquids to clean the pipe from him. Never send him back again! Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about Berkey’s, KP, and their team of salaried (NOT commissioned) HVAC techs! They give you sound advice, suggestions and recommendations regarding any HVAC issues you may be facing - without the pressure of having to make an on-the-spot decision that you don’t feel comfortable making. They are super thorough in their assessments and you feel good knowing that you can trust their advice.

My heater would blow cold air - I’ve had 3 different HVAC companies through my home warranty take a look and none of them could provide a fix. Turns out the Nest thermostat needed to be replaced with a Honeywell T6, and as soon as we made the change, everything magically worked!

Best part, they didn’t charge me a stupid service call fee that would not go towards the cost of repairs!

Instead, I signed up for their VIP Membership for like $20/mo and have them on speed dial in case I have any HVAC, electrical or plumbing issues - I get next day (not next week, we’re too busy, and gonna charge you a service call fee) service. I feel you get the backing of a big company, not a fly by night, solo tech working from his truck, or moonlighter - these guys are trustworthy and am happy to partner with Berkey’s!

Berkeys have been coming by to look and service our AC system for a few years now. They've always done a fantastic job. We've had different techs and all have been pleasant as we invite them into our home. Nothing but A+ rating all the way across the board. We thank you for getting us ready for the upcoming HOT months and then back to warm during winter time. Great Job by all!

I can’t recommend this company enough. I called them for an emergency and was blown away by their responsiveness. They managed to assess, replace, and install everything within just a couple of hours. Randy professionalism is top-notch, their pricing is very fair, and the entire process was seamless. If you need prompt and reliable service, look no further.

Had the power go out to one of my bedrooms. Our breaker had tripped a couple of times in the last couple of weeks. Not sure why. Might've been overdrawn from us bringing a space heater into that room. Either way, space heater was out of this room when this happened. Power shut off. Breaker was in the on position still. I assumed it was a bad breaker switch so I stopped by, picked one up, and swapped it out. Didn't fix it. Called Berkey's and was able to utilize their after hours appointments for an additional fee, $140 for non-MVP members. ($99 for MVP members)

Chris Kohr was my tech and he was a straight shooter. Very transparent and super helpful. He went through the steps and even showed me where I screwed up on the breaker switch install. Whoops! Ultimately found an outlet in the room that had a black burn mark on the outlet cover. Sure enough, that sucker was burnt to a crisp. I'm just glad it wasn't worse. Sounds like my breaker was unable to trip itself again.

TLDR
Older homes with metal boxes around the outlets/switches. If you upgrade those yourself, add electrical tape around the new switch/outlet to avoid possible contact with those metal boxes from things shifting. Berkey's is awesome. My electrician Chris was amazing.
