There was an electrical and HVAC issue that Berkeys handle quickly and efficiently. Both technicians were professional and answer every question we had. It was a great experience and I will definitely use them again.

Berkeys team did a great job replacing our water heater. From the coordinating team in the office to the techs that did the work. Very professional! We got 3 quotes and Berkeys was on the low end, much lower than the other company we will never call again. Take my advice…. Call Berkeys first!

I’ve used Berkey’s for almost 2 decades, and I’ve never been disappointed. Today I had a service scheduled that ended up being way more complex than expected. My professional, Darius, kept me informed every step of the way. He gave me options and never tried to push higher prices. He listened to me and helped me choose the best option. He was so friendly and straightforward: exactly what I have come to expect from Berkey’s.

We are on the Berkeys maintenance plan where they come out to check our HVAC system twice a year. We feel they always look out for our comfort and needs. Their prices are reasonable and they have stayed in the past to make sure their work was done correctly when our system had failed.

This was our 2nd plumbing experience this year using Berkeys Plumbing services. Our home was built in 1985. We had bath vanity faucets upgraded two months ago. Results were amazing. We called them for a garbage disposal replacement today. An interior water leak was discovered in the sink wall. It was video traced and repaired the same day. We cannot adequately express our satisfaction at the
friendly, prompt response to our call and professional workmanship performed by their highly competent and experienced serviceman Alex. Work areas were left spotless. We will be calling upon Berkeys and requesting Alex for future planned bath and shower fixture upgrades in 2026. We recommend you try them and know you will not be disappointed!

Professional service and arrived right on time. Michael Smith was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me feel very confident in the work he would be doing. He was also genuinely kind and easy to talk to. I would absolutely recommend asking for Michael specifically if you choose to use this company.

I want you know that I consider your service tech, Alex Galindo, one of the best representatives I've ever seen working in plumbing or any other field. I hope you realize how fortunate you are to have him on your team. He went out of his way to address all our questions, offered us various alternatives for the work we needed done, and made sure that he didn't overpromise what the company could and couldn't do.

In short, Alex is a gem. You should make sure you pay him well. If you lose him, you'd be losing one of your greatest assets. I would not have retained Berkey to do the work if I didn't have complete trust in him.

I scheduled an appointment with Berkeys after receiving an estimate from another company for $4000 without a proper diagnostic. A Berkeys professional arrived next day and took his time to correctly diagnose our issue and explain everything to us. He didn't upsell us or try to do anything unnecessary and we did not have spend thousands of dollars. I will absolutely be using their service again.

The service technician was very nice and professional. We had another company come out a week ago to repair a gas leak on our dryer line. That person couldn’t find the leak and told us we didn’t have one, even though the gas company told us exactly where the leak was. Soon after he left, we smelled gas again.
The Berkeys technician was diligent and found the leak. He didn’t just replace the line and fittings but he made less connections so we hopefully won’t have this problem again. I love to use Berkeys because I feel like they have the best people.

Gotta say we’ve been using Berkeys for years and they’ve helped us in every aspect that they offer, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Their Technicians are all very friendly and professional, never pushy or recommending something you don’t need. Our most recent experiences with Jonathan he was amazing!

Ethan, a technician with Berkeys, came out to fix my generator. He discovered it had not been maintained annually. It needed a battery and full service. He came back the next day and brought the needed materials and made me a key so it could be locked. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely polite. I am very pleased with the results of his service. I will use them again.

I have been using Berkey's for many years. They are very reliable. Prompt and expedient. Their service technicians are extremely knowledgeable. I was provided with multiple options for my particular plumbing issue allowing be the choice to make the best decision for my needs.

We have used Berkey’s for plumbing and electrical. They are not the cheapest for sure but they charge ‘fair-premium’ prices and are very transparent… and they are really good! From scheduling and communication to courtesy and professionalism to being able to solve complicated problems as well as being willing to tackle the mundane… I give them the highest possible marks. Highly recommend. The peace of mind and confidence they instill is definitely ‘premium worthy’.

BERKEYS has been great. I have not had to wait for a tech to come out and help me. They typically send someone out the same day if not the next . They have consistently been able to resolve my concerns. Techs have always been polite and professional. I recommend this company highly

I hired Berkeys to replace one of my HVAC systems. Complete replacement of furnace, evaporator coil, compressor for the new freon standard, new plenum box and a fused circuit breaker outdoors. I also got a new thermostat although that was not necessary.
The crew showed up on time and worked diligently all day although I was told at the time of sale that this would be a half day job. I am not complaining, just reflecting on the discrepancy between what was communicated and what the reality was.
At the end of the installation, I got a walk-through of the new system and was given recommendations for routine maintenance checks.
The crew was knowledgeable, courteous and cleaned up after the job was done.
Overall I can give Berkeys high grade for the work done, but I encourage everyone to make a thorough calculation whether going with a higher SEER rating makes sense prior to signing the deal. I fell for the "higher efficiency and energy savings" argument, but once I did my calculations after the fact, with my electricity usage patterns, the higher cost for the SEER 16 rated systems does not pay back until after the useful lifetime of the equipment. In my case higher SEER rating does not save me anything but it gives me a good feeling that I do what I can to conserve energy. I also chose the 10 year parts and labor warranty package for the peace of mind. Remains to see if it will pay for itself.

The services I received from BERKEYS was excellent. Your technician was very knowledgeable and took care of both of my problems with the best service I could have received. I’ll definitely be using BERKEYS for all my future work that needs to be addressed. He was a pleasure to do business with. Thank you for a great experience.

I was highly disappointed with the service received from the technician. It’s possible they have better technicians, but at this point I don’t trust the company. The reason behind the 1 star rating is as follows. I called late afternoon and described my issue to the call center rep. They sent out a technician at 4pm and he subsequently turned off the control board. By the time he had done that it was about 10 minutes until 5. He proceeded to put the parts back on and advised the control board would no longer communicate with the system. So at this point I have no heat or air until it gets replaced. At this point he tells me is going to get a quote and he would be back. He returned to tell me that he could get not get quotes because of the time of day and he would call back first thing this morning. He did charge me 287.50 prior to leaving for something that he ultimately screwed up. We’re now on day 2 and lo and behold the technician or supervisor that I asked to call never called. I wish I had done better research on this company. I would not recommend this service to my enemies. Think twice before calling them. They are just another money hungry company.

Donald Gentry is an outstanding plumber and explained the situation with our toilet clearly. He offered us three choices for the replacement of our commode with the different prices for each. He was able to get the toilet we chose completely replaced the same day. The job was done professionally and the room was clean when he finished the job, within a short period of time. Mr. Gentry was professional, helpful, and careful to explain the problem and the solution in detail. We recommend him highly as he is an outstanding plumber and completes his work in a timely fashion.

My initial request was for my annual plumbing inspection (i.e. Berkey's Exclusive Membership Plan). I expanded this opportunity to include the replacement of my kitchen sink faucet.
This was our first experience with Berkey's All-In-One program, and we were a little apprehensive.

On the day of my scheduled appointment, I was pleased to receive advanced notice of the tech's arrival time and a photo of my technician, Eric Brunken.

Eric was outstanding. He was courteous, articulate and well organized. After a quick review of the pending task, he immediately began evaluating the state of my plumbing system and developed a plan of action. Eric performed quality assurance tests on my entire system, flushed two water heaters and replaced my sink faucet. In addition, he removed all debris and cleaned the workspace before closing out the project.

My wife and I could not be happier.
