Eric was very professional, thorough, and helpful. He went out of his way to educate us on all facets of our specific plumbing operations. He discussed what needed to be addressed short term and what could be future projects. We really appreciated his attention to detail during our plumbing inspection. He was very respectful with us and our home.

More than satisfied with this company. Joey was great. I had a very small water stain on bathroom ceiling. After putting it off for a month I decided it was time to deal with it. Found the leak in attic and realized it was beyond my skill set so called them and they were able to come out same day. Provided fully upfront pricing. They gave a full assessment on what I needed to do now to fix leak and also what I should really do to fix it right. Plus made me aware of other plumbing concerns I should consider with no immediate pressure to fix now. And all recommendations Joey gave are legitimate. I will ask for Joey by name next time I need plumbing work.

They were up front with pricing structure and their technicians Luke and Ben were very thorough explaining the potential issues as well as offering good solutions. In addition the quality of their work was very good. I would highly recommend them.

Repaired a kitchen faucet and sink drain, as well as replaced the stopper in our whirlpool tub. Hubert make excellent suggestions on repair options and did not try to upsell expensive additions. He was very professional and thorough.

Legacy Plumbing is a great company. They are responsive, transparent, and personable. I’ve had them out several times for work on my home. Most recently, Ramone and Dave came out and successfully repaired my PRV with expertise and great customer service. It was a positive experience!

I had an issue with a slow draining bathroom at mom's house in Carrollton. I was able to schedule the appointment on Sunday for service later in the week.

Tyler showed up in the time window scheduled and was able to show me the issue right away with their camera snake. The drain line had become clogged with waste buildup and narrowed to the point it couldn't drain the water at more than a slow trickle.

He used the cleanout to breakup/backout the clogging material in about an hour. Now the fixtures work like new!

Price was at the low end of the quote, very reasonable.

Brandon Blake spent the entire day replacing all (9) of our old water shut-off valves, our outdoor water box, a vacuum breaker and also clearing a slow bathtub drain. Everything was done to perfection and he and his assistant, Jacob, left our house cleaner than when they arrived. On a scale from 1 to 10 the work Brandon completed ranked a 15. .We have been in this house for 47 years and had not replaced any of the shutoffs so they were all frozen. Superb work all around. Legacy Plumbing has been our top choice for many years now. Highly recommended!

My how impressive! Clogged hot water pipes had the water flow down to a trickle. Ramone and Nate saved the day with expertise and skill. They took photos and showed me the entire process they used as they worked towards a successful solution. I told them they had given me the best water pressure in 20 years! I completely understand why Legacy is ranked so highly in customer reviews.

The technician, James Ferrell, did a fantastic job! He was very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and provided a price on the spot. From scheduling to job completion everything went great. I will definitely be using Legacy Plumbing for my future needs.

Very disappointed with the lack of integrity by the team that visited our home on 6/10 to help diagnose the leak we were having in our kitchen ceiling. Long story short, they damaged our kitchen cabinet and didn’t even tell us about it.

We had them come out twice. The first time they sent someone, they mentioned he had 3 years of experience. Thinking we were dealing with a very complex plumbing issue, we asked them to send someone with more experience. No disrespect to the gentleman, but we wanted to ensure we can get to the bottom of the issue efficiently. Unfortunately, they declined our request saying the plumber was already dispatched. To his credit, the plumber was very professional and we believe he did give his honest best to diagnose. However, that just wasn’t enough. He couldn’t quite figure out the issue and suggested to fix a tub drain. His visit was $500 including the tub drainage replacement. This did not solve the issue. Want to be very clear, we’re not upset that we spent $500 and it didn’t solve the problem. We understand he tried his best and charged us what he was supposed to.

Since the issue wasn’t solved, we had to get them to come out for the second time. This time a different team and with a supervisor with 20+ years of experience. We later found out that while they were cutting into the kitchen ceiling, they grabbed onto our kitchen cabinet trim (it’s not able to hold much weight) and damaged it. I understand accidents could happen, but I expect them to have the integrity to tell us if they caused any damage. Instead, we paid total of $700+ for them to diagnose two separate times, replace something that wasn’t causing the issue, and with a damaged cabinet that they didn’t tell us about.

I hope they do right by their next customer.

I had a great experience with Legacy Plumbing last week when Adam and Daniel came out to fix a leak at our foundation near the flower bed. They found the problem quickly and carefully exposed the pinhole leak. They rebuilt the water box to make sure we had a reliable shut-off valve and replaced the old pipes with PEX for better durability.
After turning the water back on and clearing the air from the faucets, they found another leak under the slab. They replaced the old line with a new hose bib and sealed up the hole. Adam and Daniel were professional, efficient, and did great work.
I’m really happy with how everything turned out, and the pricing was fair. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for any plumbing needs!

I live in a 67 year old pier and beam house.Wayne Pierce and Cameron Smith came to my house to repair a water leak and complete replacement of a cast iron sewer system under my house. The water leak had been going a month before I discovered it with 100,000 gallons of water running under the house. Water bill was $1,242.00. The city reduced the price by $500.00. The cast iron sewer line was completely gone with raw sewerage under the house. Wayne and Cameron worked under horrible conditions to make my repairs. They were the best Professional teams that have ever worked on my plumbing. They kept me informed about everything that needed to be done and any changes that would add to the cost. The job took 5 days. They were very clean with their work with floors covered from the front entrance to entrance access under the house. They even cleaned the floors with a spray solution when they finished. They removed a very large amount of plumbing trash from under the house that plumbers had left from past jobs. Having lived in the house for 38 years and being 78 years old, I was under great stress from the plumbing situation. The good work and communication from Wayne and Cameron helped me get through the stress. The cost of the job was very fair. Thank you Wayne and Cameron. I will call Legacy Plumbing again.

Called after a pipe burst from the snow/ice storm, and they sent a tech the same day. James was super friendly, quick, and professional. Fixed the issue fast and explained everything clearly. Really appreciate the prompt service—highly recommend!

Used Legacy Plumbing to replace a water heater located in our attic. Communication throughout was timely and they did a great job installing it. Paul and Spencer were extremely knowledgeable and we were pleased with everything. We would highly recommend using them for any plumbing needs.

He explained the project in terms I could understand, including drawing pictures and showing photos. His quote was reasonable and competitive. There were no surprise costs during, or at the end, of the project. Nate was friendly, polite, and very engaging. We talked about museum exhibits and history. He was such a pleasure! Ashley helped me set up the appointment and was also kind, responsive and helpful. Not only will I use Legacy Plumbing in the future, I will tell anyone I know who needs a plumber to call them.

If you’re looking for an honest plumbing company, you can absolutely trust legacy. I had a broken shower valve in my master bedroom, and instead of replacing the entire valve and cutting open the sheet rock, legacy was able to Rebuild the valve saving me labor, and cost of A new shower valve. The technician provided photos and did an excellent job. They have an Impressive staff along with one hell of a Master plumber who will get the job!

Absolutely incredible service with Eric Humphreys and Legacy Plumbing. I made an appointment to address a worn / broken kitchen faucet, and Eric got us completely taken care of. Everything was handled so quickly, attention to detail was 10/10, and it was clear that Eric cares about the quality of his work. Incredibly happy with the urgency, thoroughness, communication, and customer service overall. I won’t be using anyone but Legacy from this point forward.
