I am so grateful for you guys! I am in the process of selling my house and one of the repairs needed was my guest bathroom toilet. Legacy (Jacob Johnson to be precise) came out the morning I made the appointment and was so kind and personable. Great dude and even better plumber! He let me know my options transparently, proceeded to get the job done quickly and thoroughly. I am so pleased and impressed with him and his work!

Canon is also a tremendous individual. He assisted in writing up an email which stated why the option was chosen, which will help the buyers understand the work involved and complete the terms of the sale.

Ramone was awesome, prompt, and professional. We needed our tankless water heater flushed and everything was done in a timely manner. Legacy has been a great company servicing our plumbing needs. We will continue using them as they are trustworthy and honest.

I just recently brought a home that stated the fireplace was a wood burning. After moving in the previous owners had converted it to a gas fireplace. I contacted Legacy Plumbing after a chimney person came out but didn't have the right tools. He informed me that a plumber could cap the gas line. That's where Paul from Legacy came out and capped the gas line to convert the fireplace to a wood burning. He was very professional and I notice how he protected my floors while working. He explained exactly what he was going to do and gave me the option to totally capped the gas line in the attic or just at the fireplace. Once finish he also checked the water pressure and water heater. He provided recommendations to look for on my water heater. Overall Paul was very knowledgeable and a pleasant person to come and solve the fireplace issue. Would highly recommend Legacy Plumbing will definitely use again their services again.

Called Legacy Plumbing 10 minutes before closing with a water leak at the house shut off point, and was able to have Joey come out in the morning the next day. Joey did an amazing job on the repairs and answered all my questions about the repairs and also general questions not related to the repairs. It was the best situation for a major inconvenience resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Rocky and Spencer did a great job! They diagnosed the issue and fixed it with ease. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

After discovering a gas leak in my attic late Thursday night, I called Atmos Energy to check for a leak. They shut the gas off to my house and told me to start calling plumbers on their preferred dealers list early in the morning.

I was very concerned we would not be able to have it repaired before the 3-day weekend with forecasted temps in the 20s. I contacted Legacy Plumbing at 7:00am and Wayne and Cameron arrived about 10:45. They went to work confirming the leak in the attic, but also found several leaks in the piping between the meter and my house and also replaced a badly rusted section of pipe(riser). The work completed in great time. Wayne used a contact at the City of Frisco to get certify the work by 2:00! That is fast in my book! Kudos to both those young men.

Wayne told me to wait about 1 hour before contacting Atmos to turn the gas back on as it takes a little while for the electronic "paperwork" to to make its way through. The gas is back on and I am looking forward to having hot water and a warm house for the cold weekend.

I can not thank Legacy enough for for getting this done and for having the wisdom to hire Wayne and Cameron-they are great assets to your organization.

The water heater went out at the house just before a big storm was about to arrive. Legacy Plumbing dispatched Paul Reynolds, and we could not be happier about the results. Not only did Paul fix the water heater, he also addressed other plumbing issues we were experiencing. It is such a pleasure to see a real expert at work. I would hire Legacy Plumbing again, without hesitation.

A sewer break was found during a home inspection. I called Legacy Plumbing. They were here a day later, located the break, dug it up, repaired it, had the city inspect it and covered it back up. All in 3 days. I would highly recommend this company. They are fast, fair and professional. Mitchell was the rep I dealt with, he was awesome, and the price could not have been more fair. Phillip has serviced my home twice as well as complete a thorough inspection under their gold plan and I always appreciate how kind, honest, respectful, and transparent he is about my plumbing items. Sure they're always going to see things that need fixed but he doesn't pressure, he gives reasonable alternatives and a timeline in which things need to be done by. He even looked up my toilet to see if it was one of the ones recalled and made sure I didn't qualify for a replacement. Super grateful for Legacy. I'll be a return customer for sure. It's not easy to find contractors I have trust in.

Legacy, and the plumber Hubert S. were fantastic! Highly professional and quoted the job at 1/3 the first plumber. It was a complicated job but when completed I couldn’t tell they had been here. Everything was explained thoroughly. Office staff was very helpful. They did what was promised on time. A++!

Wayne & Nate were terrific! They carefully explained everything that was needed, finding an unfortunate need for a new water heater in addition to the known recirculation pump replacement we knew was a problem.

I always trust this company as their solutions and pricing are transparent and fair. It is so nice to have a company I can trust and relax with rather than being on edge. I have developed a long history with Legacy and am glad I have.

Always confident when I deal with Legacy plumbing. Eric did an awesome job resolving my bathroom issue and took extra time to explain every step of what they were doing, the cost implications and even gave me an array of options to pursue based on my budget. Eric even let me text him after hours to confirm a few things just to make sure we were good to go. Can’t go wrong with Legacy plumbing especially when Eric is on the job!
