Legacy Plumbing was fantastic. Luke had time to come out hours after our water heater went out. He was able to do a quick fix until we could get a new unit. He even noticed a few other little things that could be improved or fixed. Professional, thorough , and fast.

Great experience for same day plumbing work. Travis was professional and efficient. I appreciated his communication and skill. He solved our problem and the pricing was reasonable and transparent. If we have any further plumbing issues, legacy will be our first call.

Exceptional service by Legacy. My outdoor faucet had a leak from the winter freeze. The pipe was broken near the faucet. Sean and his partner from Legacy came out and told me upfront about the pricing and potential issue. I agreed and they replaced the faucet within 30 minutes. Price was reasonable. It was quick and professional. Highly recommend!

Ramone, the technician, was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly while working and made sure I understood what was being done and why. On top of that, he went above and beyond by fixing an electrical breaker issue, which technically wasn’t even his job.

James is very professional, polite and friendly. He came to the door, introduced himself and shook my hand. He took care of my electrical issue and also checked the surrounding area to make sure there was nothing else going on. He is very efficient in his job, and very knowledgeable. He even explained some electrical stuff to me as he did the inspection and completed the job. Not only did I get my electrical problem fixed, but I learned quite a bit during that time. He is the best. If I need any more electrical repairs, I will ask for James.

Kristina was fantastic...she took her time and was very detailed with the diagnosis and recommendations for fixing the issues. Very much appreciate the knowledge and professionalism.

We’ve always been happy with Berkeys and the Techs that have been in our home. We believe they do a thorough service check for us and on the occasion when we have had an emergency, the service was great (once we finally got the after hours phone service to understand the seriousness of the problem). We will continue to use them for any service they provide that we may need.

The maintenance and checkup was amazing, and when he tried to sell me insulation as I needed it, he did an amazing job. Showed me what my attic looked like, what it should look like and then offered 12 inch blown in for the special of 1975 …. When I called to book it, I all of a sudden was told it’s only 6inches and my house was too big at 2100 sqft…. The old bait and switch…. Was not happy. So called another company and got the same price

Berkeys comes out before winter and summer to check my system. We had Kristina this time. She was exceptional. She looked over everything and explained everything to us in great detail. She even got along with my dog! :) Very happy with our experience, I know we are in good hands. Thanks so much!

We had an unusual problem and Berkeys didn’t stop till they found out what was wrong.
It was our chime. It was stuck and wouldn’t ring anymore. They ordered a new chime and now we have a chime once again.

Kristina Henderson was great! Very knowledgeable, took me step by step on what was done besides replacing the airflow filter and what other things needed attention. I am very pleased with Berkeys on how they conduct their services. I would recommend to my friends and family. ☆☆☆☆☆

Berkey’s always does a great job! Replaced faulty outdoor lantern that now works perfectly. Polite and professional electrician. Easy to contact Berkey’s and they worked with me when I had to reschedule the appointment. Will call them again for whatever need arises.

Michael Smith was the repair technician who came out to fix a problem with my water heater. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in just a few minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. IMO, Berkey's is the best.

Today I had Randy, an A/C Tech perform my semi annual inspection/tune up. First off I really like the way Berkeys keeps me informed, with reminders, of when the inspection is due.On the day they notify that the Tech will arrive within 45 minutes and I can track his movements on my phone. Randy arrived on time and performed the Inspection/Tune up on both of my Units, both of witch I purchased from Berkyeys within the past three years. Randy was thorough and professional and kept me informed on the status of the units both interior and external. In the three plus years that I have been doing business with Berkeys I have been very impressed with how easy it is to deal with them. I have confidence that my A/C, Plumbing/ Electrical etc. are in good hands with Berkeys.

Our plumber and every other Berkey's employee we've ever interacted with were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and well spoken.

But here are the negatives: today I was given a quote of $362 to clear my clogged drain, which I agreed to, not knowing how long it would take.

Ended up taking about 20 minutes. I get that these guys can't charge an hourly rate but that's extremely excessive.

Pigs get fat but hogs get slaughtered. They are on my no-call list.

Next, I had our AC system and furnace replaced by Berkeys 2ish years ago. It kept shutting off and they had to come back 10+ times before it finally got figured out.

The installation, the new business, showed up promptly at 8 am or whatever.

Every call back had no time assigned and I had to reschedule several evenings at 9 pm because no one had shown up yet.

The call center person explained that they work 24 hours a day so we just had to accept having no idea when someone would come and that we'd have to accept it being in the middle of the night.

Completely unacceptable.

If I would have known my wife was calling Berkeys for our plumbing issue, I would have told her to call anyone else. That's before the price gouging today.

Hopefully never again.

Non-functioning heat/ac after another company had insulated my attic. They sent someone out to fix it but he couldn’t figure it out. I called Berkey’s. My tech David figured it out in a flash . He was friendly (liked my dog), efficient and helpful. Explained issue well. I’ve been a Berkey’s customer for years and have always thought they were the best!
