The People at Rescue Rooter are the Best ever beginning with the the Office manager when you first make contact continuing with the guys in the fields, very professional,detail oriented,knowledgeable,polite and give you options ,get the job done on time and right and boy do they have deals and their pricing is reasonable and you cannot go wrong .

They showed up the same day and it was a weekend! Couldn't beat the price and they kept in contact the whole time to let me know when the tech would be here. He showed up and was professional knowledgeable and friendly!

Rescue Rooter of Dallas was fantastic!! Our sewage backed up at 3:30pm on a Saturday so after calling several places with no tech available until Monday and having a couple places tell me they could send someone out but it’d be an extra $200 for an “emergency call”, I spoke to Rescue Rooter of Dallas and they said they could have a tech out in the next couple of hours, no extra charge. Winning! But the cherry on top was the affordable price I paid for the clean out! They had a coupon in their website and my total cost was $99! WOW!!!! 🤯 last time we had to have this type of exact service, the place charged me $325. I’m in shock and am extremely grateful for the tech l, Zachariah, and Rescue Rooter for being efficient, accommodating and reasonable! 🙏🏼 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thsts great service!

Had to call today and Branden did a wonderful job. Fast. Knowledgeable and didn't pad the bill. Wasted $500 on a plumber 3 weeks ago and problem obviously wasn't fixed. Branden was on time, courteous, cleaned up the mess made while unclogging our bathroom. He didn't have to but did so. I'd recommend. They are a little pricier than calling a "handy man" but worth the time, money and warranty.

Unfortunately, I scheduled service on a Friday evening, between 6 & 9. They called around 5:30 to cancel & reschedule.
Couldn't do it over the weekend, so Monday was the new appointment. They sent a technician at 4 but he stated he was too large to maneuver in the crawl space. Had to reschedule for Tuesday & a smaller technician.
That tech arrived around 4. He was shorter than the first technician , who was 6'4. This one was about 5'10 but not petite. He couldn't do it either. Rescheduled again for Wednesday. The new tech arrived with no information about the previous techs.
I had been promised a possible discount for my troubles, but he knew nothing about that either.
After much discussion, he informed of what the options were in details that the previous techs had not given me.
By now it was late, so I sent him away and trying to figure out what plan B is.
Sadly disappointed.

Jose and Otis did an excellent job of replacing our hot water heater. They took great care to clean up afterwords and we're fully aware current plumbing codes.

Kevin did a great job. There was a lot to do to get the new water heater into the small closet space but he got it done. He fixed a drainage tube for the pan under the heater, which the installer of the previous water heater didn’t bother to do. It was an all-around great job and Kevin was pleasant to work with.

The only thing I’m noticing about ARS is the scheduling department is lacking a little. I e scheduled 3 times with them, each time has been a call back for missed appointments. But still super sweet over the phone and very prompt with a reschedule, if there is any critique that’s all.

I contacted company and they arrived same day. I'm extremely satisfied with their service. The plumber, Branden Cruz was professional and courteous, promptly addressed the issue with precision. Their expertise and efficient work ethic left me confident in the qualify of work. He unclogged the main drain pipe and let us know why it happened and how it could be fixed and prevented for the future.

Rescue Rooter was able to send a technician out the same day. He called me in advance with an arrival time and arrived on time. The tech was very knowledgeable and knew right what to do to fix our toilet supply line, and repair the drain stopper. The water meter cover and the work area was cleaned up when he left. I have used Rescue Rooter for years, and have always had quality work.

The reps were friendly and most importantly, helpful. The first rep I met gave me a quick lesson on water leaks and actually proved all he said by showing how the water meter continued to run even when all faucets were turned off. He then immediately called another crew he saw working on the next street, told them the problem and symptoms and had them over within 30 minutes. They were able to isolate the location of the under slab leak accurately within the hour. Amazing professionalism.

Seriously amazing job they worked with my schedule and we're very accommodating. They have a coupon on their website right now for a $99 main drain cleaning. When the technician arrived he notified me that my drains are smaller than the usual main drain and after some investigating was able to determine that they're actually just my kitchen main drain and my house has been sectioned off and rerouted. I've lived here for 2 years and I've had multiple plumbers come out no one has ever determined this. In addition there was a secondary main drain for my kitchen that they were able to find that when I've previously had this cleaned no one has ever located. They were super friendly and on time definitely five stars I will be using this service for any of my future plumbing needs.

Rescue Router is a super reliable company with whom I’ve done business before . They called before arrival, arrived on time , got the job done efficiently at a fair price , and called afterwards to make sure I was satisfied . Our plumber LaVonte was polite, personable and knowledgeable . He answered my questions professionally and was respectful of our property . Would highly recommend .

Excellent Service!! Technician showed up within an hour of my call. He was efficient and professional. My drain was unclogged within 30 minutes. I will definitely use this company again!!

After waiting for 2 1/2 hours for another company to call me back, I called Rescue Rooter. They got back with me within 5 to 10 minutes. They scheduled me a 4 hour window for the plumber to come out and Zachariah was here well within the first 2 hours. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the problem clearly and gave me an estimate that to me seemed reasonable. Very happy with the company’s prompt response and Zachariah’s professionalism.
