When searching for businesses, I make my choice based on reviews. I should have paid attention to one negative review that stated that Jon never showed up to their house because now I regret it...My husband and I contacted Jon last night regarding a plumbing issue with our kitchen sink. He stated that he could arrive to our house in 2 hours. Those 2 hours came and went and Jon never showed up. We called him twice but he did not answer nor call us back. We could have contacted other plumbers who would have actually showed up, but instead we wasted our time sitting around waiting on Jon who was a complete NO SHOW. Very unprofessional! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Jon is the best. I called him at 10:30 pm on a Friday. He was there by 11:15 pm that same night and stop my leaking hot water heater. Jon had it replaced by 1 am.
Absolutely the best experience with a plumbing company I have ever had.

This gentleman was so helpful, knowledgeable and most of all his work is impeccable. My husband was out of town and I had an emergency. He came over in a minute's notice and fix the clogged reasonable price. The most important thing is he's very honest and truthful and explains what your issue is to you. I would recommend him to anyone please if you have any problems call VIP plumbing.

This morning I had a huge pipe leak. After turning off the water I began to fret... of course it's Saturday morning... good luck I thought. No water... Oh Joy! I called around; press one... one company just hung up. Next up on the list was John the owner of VIP plumbing in Frisco. He answered the phone. He was compassionate, and told me he had a full day but would come by after his last appointment at 4. About 3 he texted and said he was 20 mins away. He arrived in a nice truck with all his gear ready to work. He accessed the issue told me the price and went to grab parts. When he was done I was very pleased that the quality of the components he used was top notch. He had already given me a very fair price and he could have easily then switched to cheap plastic parts. I was very impressed by the quality of the work and the parts he installed. I love the fact that when you call you speak to the guy who's going to show up. I love that he actually cares about the work he does and I love that he was honest and straightforward with me. On a late Saturday afternoon he showed up, did a great job and didn't gouge me. I have a new plumber and I think when you call him you will too!

John did an awesome job, will definitely call him first before I call any other plumber. Service and price was on point, recommended a better quality product than what I would have purchased. Definitely use this company if you want the job done right.

Jon was professional, courteous and a downright nice guy! My husband and I are in the process of moving into a new house. Did I mention I'm 9 months pregnant?! Long story short, the shut off valves for our new washer needed replacing so we could actually hook it up. My husband called Jon on a Sunday morning and within a couple of hours he was at our house. Not only did he do the job well for a reasonable price, he was even gracious enough to help my husband move and hook up the new washer and dryer! We will definitely be using Jon and VIP Plumbing again. I recommend that you do too!

One of my two 50 gallon hot water heaters went out on a Saturday and water was leaking onto my ceiling. VIP immediately came out to stop the leak by shutting off the bad unit, but still allowing me to continue having hot water from the remaining good unit. The following week, they replaced both units with a tankless hot water heater for a great price. I highly recommended them. The service, quality, and knowledge is absolutely top notch.

If you are having any plumping issues, or need to recycle/ maintain your tankless water heater... you should call Jon for help. He knows what he is doing and works fast, plus reasonable prices. He did a wonderful job with adjusting our water pressure in certain areas, checking for leaks and maintaining our tankless water.

Just moved to Texas, knew no one and ended up with a significant leak in the water main running from the street to the house. Over the worst time period possible (Sat, Sun, Mon straddling Super Bowl Sunday) Jon completely handled an obviously difficult situation and finished it off with a taking care of a laundry drain issue.

We now have found the plumber for our family. I recommend Jon and VIP Plumbing so highly that I would recommend them to my mother.

Jon was very professional. He showed up early and finished on time. His pricing was very reasonable. He actually helped my husband move some tools he couldn't lift by himself into the garage. Great experience with VIP Plumbing.

Have used VIP plumbing several times. They are always professional and courteous. They do quality work at a great price. They respect your time, so you’re not left sitting around waiting all day for a plumber. The always cone out right away and take care of the problem at hand. I would highly recommend them to friends or family to do any kind of plumbing repair or upgrade.

Jon came right over (snowy roads and all) to fix a pipe that broke and required us to turn off water to the house. He was very professional, pricing was honest and straight forward, and they got my house going again in less than 2 hours. Will 100% use again. Thanks Jon!

Jon has done several jobs for my family and business. He stayed until midnight to make sure we had hot water. They were the lowest of 5 different bids by almost $2000 and did the same day service on our water heaters. VIP Plumbing is a great company. If you need anything dealing with plumbing done give them a call.

Before we found John on Google, we had 2 different plumbing companies say they were going to come out but no showed. John kept his word and came out to repair the busted pipe in our garage. He was quick and very professional. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

John is truly life saver.!! I feel so lucky I found him, he came to help us install a shower faucet on our DIY shower remodel, replace and change pipes on my kitchen sink that I broke even more trying to fix it myself 😂 all of that on a holiday. I was so happy with his work and reasonable price, I called him to help me with another project and once again he was there same day to fix it . I will definitely call again in the future for any plumbing needs.

Jon is terrific. He basically did a total makeover on our toilet on Labor Day and did not charge us for working on a holiday. Right before I called him I got a quote for more than twice what he charged. On top of that, and more importantly, he did a great job, was honest and reliable having to come to my house the night before to address my panic and the next day to fix the problem. Jon was a true life saver! My wife and I were about to leave for a week long trip when our master bathroom started to pump mud and sewage up from the drains into our shower and tub! This was on a Sunday morning and out of the 5-6 companies I attempted to contact, Jon actually picked up and was able to squeeze me in and come help out! He showed up after he finished his previous job and was able to quickly find the issue, tree root had cracked through one of our lines, and get the problem fixed! He was extremely professional and I wish I could give him more than 5 stars, because he was honestly phenomenal!

VIP plumbing did an amazing job with helping to diagnose our water heater issue, helping to shut off the leak and then installing a tankless heater. Jon did an excellent job of explaining what the issue was and he professionally recommended a viable solution. He also was the only plumber to answer the phone during a Saturday evening over Labor Day weekend! The man is tireless and does not stop working!

John of VIP Plumbing is excellent. Professional, personable and thorough. In the fall of 2020 he installed a hot water recirculation system in our house that has been wonderful. We wish we had done it sooner. John was incredibly patient, answering my many questions about it. And now he came quickly to fix a leak after the arctic weather of 2021.

I too wish that I would have read the reviews about John and his lack of responsibility. I set an appointment up last Friday with John to come out first thing this morning. When I spoke with him it was never mentioned that he might be late. I called several times this morning and left several messages, but absolutely so response, no call - no nothing. John must not need customers as he has lost this one. I'll never make the mistake in calling him again. I have used the Good Contractors list several times, not sure how VIP Plumbing got on this list. I rate this as a negative zero.

A few weeks ago Jon called me and explained that he had been in the hospital and was not able to respond to my call. He apologized for not returning my call and expressed how sorry he was that I did not get the service I expected. He also offered that if ever we needed service he would definitely make sure that he is out quickly and will communicate that to me. I appreciate the call.

I used VIP Plumbing Experts to repair an outside faucet. The repair required more than replacing the assembly as the piping inside the wall could not be loosen. John explained the issue and provided several options to resolve the issue. One option was to replace the washer, but it was a temporary fix. I asked John to repair it. I greatly appreciated his transparency and level of detail. John discovered the home builder used a concrete glue to secure the pipe fitting. Our home is 21 years old. John took his time to repair pipe and the faucet. John took extra steps to secure the piping inside the wall. I was impressed with the repair - very clean.

I will use VIP Plumbing Experts for my future plumbing issues and I will refer VIP Plumbing to my family & friends. Highly recommended!
