I had to put this review because I was so happy with the responsiveness and promptness of John. I called him before 6am in the morning for a urgent plumbing work and he not only replied immediately but was coming to my house in 20 minutes. I was impressed.

Jon was responsive and fixed it properly. He also took the time to explain what went wrong so that we knew the problem was corrected. We’ll be using VIP for all of our plumbing maintenance and repairs.

I am so glad I was recommended to use VIP-Plumbing. I had an extensive and costly emergency under the house and VIP-Plumbing fit me in their schedule that day, fixed the problem WAY CHEAPER than I estimated, cleaned up their mess and mine making it look better than before, and presented themselves with the highest level of professionalism while they were in my home. VIP Plumbing Experts came out late Sunday and replaced a water heater. They didn't even charge extra for weekend service as most others, They did a great job, explained everything, and charged a fair price, I would recommend to anyone.

John answered his phone very late in the snow and ice and came out to find and fix a big leak in my yard. He went above and beyond in this cold weather and came back the next morning to finish up! So grateful for his hard work and willingness to help when no other plumber would even attempt to help!

Had a broken pipe and faucet during remodel late at night. John showed up within the hour - fast, professional repair and great cost. Life saver. Will absolutely use his company again.

John, the owner, did some work for me a year ago and I was impressed, so I called him to extend my gas line and install a new gas stove. This involved adjustments to the countertop and some electrical work to remove the old stove and connect the new one. John went above and beyond to do an excellent job, as he said, "I try to do the work the way I would for my own home."

Jon was amazing! We had a water line leak in our front yard, which I only caught around 3pm in the afternoon. All the other companies couldn't come out until the next day, and were going to charge over $100 just to inspect the problem. Jon came out the evening of, took a look at everything (even getting right in and getting his hands dirty) and provided an estimate all free of charge. THEN he was out the next day fixing the issue.

Jon was friendly and competent, plus he is local. I would recommend him to anyone in the area, and will definitely call him again for any plumbing needs we may have.

John is the man!! I had a leak in my backyard with standing water for weeks and I couldn't find where it was coming from. I really wanted to find a local plumber instead of a huge conglomerate. I gave John at VIP plumbing a call and he helped me trouble shoot everything over the phone!!! He also offered to come by as well if I couldn't get the leak to stop.
