From the start to finish. Billy Lowe and Jose C Luna gave great customer service. Billy was always prompt with communication and provided a competitive quote. Jose our tech was knowledgeable, competent, and did a great job with installation. Our water heater was up and running even on the weekend at no added cost. We definitely give a 5 star.

Great service, awesome knowledge and was earlier than expected to appointment so that was a major plus. Will use in the future to upgrade my A/C system

I Will definitely be a resource for you to my family and friends with the wonderful service provided… The two technicians were so efficient and knowledgeable about all of my questions.

Was in need of a new water heater late at night once we found the leak. I went to Lowes.com and was able to book an appointment for the next morning with this vendor who partners with Lowes. The estimator and the two technicians who installed the new water heater were all very professional, timely, explained things well, and cleaned up after themselves. Was very pleased.

I will not hire them again. I hired them to unclog one drain. They suppose to run the cable from the back and when they pull the cable back. It will remove the grease out. They did the job from front and when the technician pulled the cable out. It clogged 3 more drains and created whole mess. Now our restaurant has to shutdown for rest of the evening. Very disappointed and I have no clue what to do now. The technician said he will send other technician in the morning who runs jet hose.

Antolin did an amazing job with my pipe freeze that happened recently. Hopefully, it’ll last forever. Now, I have to get the area insulated and add sheet rock again.

Jose and Vito did an awesome job on my new hot water heater installation. They were very polite and professional. They kept their worksite clean, completed the installation thoroughly and quickly while even educating me throughout the process.

I went with ARS/Rescue Rooter for peace of mind after reading some horrific reviews on other companies. It felt good knowing they were recommended by Lowe’s (who I chose to purchased my hot water heater from) and would back their service with a warranty and permit/inspection. Jose and Vito did not disappoint. While this was not the cheapest service I found, the cost was worth the satisfaction and guarantees.

Yes, I would recommend them to others. It was a smooth process from the initial sales quote (special thanks to Steven B. who got me scheduled over the holiday) to my purchase (completely executed online) to installation (which was next day after July 4th).

Couldn't do everything I wanted on the first appointment, but booked a follow-up next week. Very happy with the work that was performed.

Horrible the service and people we dealt with at the company were great. The were the first plumbers to get to us in this winter storm. But I felt like the repair guy was price gouging.

Plumbing Techs provided a superior workmanship and finished the job in normal time frame. They're very professional and cordial response to some follow up questions. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to most of my acquaintance.

Steve Beagle came out to assess and provide options/estimates. Very friendly and courteous and did an excellent job explaining the various options and working with me to make sure the project would reasonably fit into the price range we were looking for. He was very prompt with communication all the way till the installation date.

Jose Luna was the main installer, assisted by Vitto. Both did an excellent job walking me through the process and answering my questions till the very end. Very professional as well.
