I was skeptical about going solar as this is my first home and was not sure if it is worth the investment. Jacob patiently answered all my questions and gave me by far the best pricing. Entire process from calling Jacob to getting the panels installed was super quick and took less than 10 days. I would recommend Trojan to anyone without a second thought.

The folks at Carter Heating & Cooling are top-notch. The sales presentation was thorough, friendly, and had no pressure. His promise of outstanding installation service was spot on. The team did a great job installing our new furnace, and thermostat and they left the garage spotless. They were even able to honor our request for an earlier installation. We are VERY satisfied with this company.

I asked for help cleaning the issue with my dryer as I explained the problem which pointed towards the dryer vent needing to be cleaned. Ironically the guy on the phone says "We don't do it", then hangs up the phone. I'm still confused, alarmed, disappointed, perturbed! Why would you call your business Dryer Vent cleaning, then hang up on people who call you to clean their dyer vents?

Great job, came right out, showed photos of inside the ductwork and explained what was needed and the price before he started. I thought the price was good for the complicated job of a two-story house with a vent that went up between the first and second floor. Showed photos of completed work as well. I would definitely recommend.

Star Services stained our cast stone trim when we had our house painted. They did an excellent job! It is very specialty masonry work, so you want to use someone skilled. Len, the supervisor, was very knowledgeable and detailed about the color recommendation. It looks amazing! They also cleaned the mold & mildew off of our deck and walkway, then professionally sealed it. Their sealant is professional grade above what you can buy at Home Depot. There was a little overspray on some of our windows, and Len even sent window cleaners out with no charge. He was delightful to work with!

Service performed: Reworked all supply piping above both 50 gallon gas water heaters, to replace prior poor installation by builder's contractor and also due to heavy corrosion on one cold water supply line at the dielectric union. Replaced and relocated expansion tank due to improper sizing (a single 2.1 gallon tank for two 50 gallon heaters, replaced with a 4.5 gallon tank) and poor prior installation (tank strapped to wall). Brant at Earl's Plumbing was very responsive and communicative. He had scheduled for both Jason and Justin to come out for this repair. We had discussed on the best approach to resolve this issue and glad that the heavily corroded dielectric union was able to be extracted and replaced. Very happy with Jason and Justin's services today. They are both very approachable, professional and gained my trust for the repair. Would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs! Kudos to Earl's Plumbing for being a responsive and honest local plumbing company.

Chad and team provided exceptional service and beautiful results. Kim is the best interior designer in DFW! She asked questions to get a feel for my design style and helped me select my beautiful finishes. The renovation was completed in a relatively fast timeframe. We replaced the countertops and backsplash in our kitchen. I was thinking of selling my home but I love my kitchen so much that I’m giving it second thoughts.

We used Granite and more to give our kitchen a much needed facelift and their team came through and delivered the most beautiful kitchen! From Kim’s design through carpentry, painting and installation we couldn’t have asked for a better team. They were very responsive, flexible and just all around nice people.

I enjoyed working with Kim at Granite and More. I’m sure our job wasn’t as big as some others they were working on. However, our renovation was just as important to her. Loved being able to take samples home to see what they looked like in my home. When I found a tile I liked online, Kim, located and had delivered, within 2 days, samples of the tiles I wanted to see. I never felt pressure to do anymore work than what we had budgeted. Our 1995 kitchen looks so different.

Nice home building options. Worker was informative. Model home was beautiful. Not many lots available for this particular style home. Community doesnt offer any amenties. Homes were substantially cheaper than homes in master communities.

OUTSTANDING! I can't say enough about the phenomenal customer service we received for our carpet installation on our stair steps - super responsive and very professional - and the quality of the workmanship was absolutely SUPERIOR! The owner, Ricardo, is actively involved in his business and it's obvious he has a happy, dedicated crew. They had to adapt to some local restrictions and roof placements and did the job quick and very well. Most impressive was the electrical / city inspection. In roughly 50 years having 5 houses, 2 pools, 2 additions, and 3 other major projects inspected, this was the ONLY construction project with ZERO DEFECTS. Max Sales (really his name) the Master Electrician who subcontracts for Barry Thompson is outstanding.
