Never fails that mechanical issues arise just before a holiday. I called Parker Electric on Tuesday - got an appointment for the following day. James and Zeck arrived early. Very professional and informative. Fixed the problem and explained what needed to be done in the future to prevent it from happening again. James and Zeck were very responsive and great to work with. I would definitely recommend Parker Electric.

I have used Parker Electric since purchasing my first home eight years ago. From projects large (replacing my fire-hazard Federal Pacific panel to a much safer panel) to small (installing a ceiling fan), their electricians have been professional, punctual, and helpful. For example, when installing safer wiring for my stove/oven, I had a broken clock - they took the panel off and reattached it at no charge.

I needed a 200 amp fuse and they sold me one. I was going to have to wait 2 days to get it from an electrical supplier.

Stopped by to leave my business card and politely ask if they had any equipment or surplus for sale. The lady at the front was friendly, but another man who I believe was the owner came out and told us to leave and even said he wanted to hit me over the head with a baseball bat. That kind of response was very unprofessional and unnecessary.

I understand businesses can have bad experiences with people, but it wasn’t me. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect.

I hope in the future they choose kindness and professionalism when dealing with others

I had a new 240V circuit run for a new microwave in an island and 2 outlets installed in the same island. Jacob and Stanley showed up exactly when I was expecting them and got right to work. They were extremely professional, efficient and did an outstanding job in a bit less time than was anticipated. I appreciate the hard work and will continue to use TNT for any future electrical work and could not recommend this company more. Great job TNT!

All employees were extremely mannerly and professional. Communication was top notch! Derek took the time to answer all my questions and made sure all was accomplished as promised. Exceptional experience!

Last week, Jack came for a maintenance call. He found some important issues with the system. It took him about 5 hours to complete all the repairs but got them all taken care of. He was polite, very articulate and professional during the whole procedure. Very pleasant experience! Great company!

James was punctual, extremely polite, explained all issues to our understanding , and was the absolute best and most thorough service person we have had in our home. We give him an A+

Very nice and helpful. He got us back up and running and now our house is getting cool again. He did an outstanding job. And very wise.

Jack did an amazing job. Very thorough and extremely courteous during course of job. Everything was cleaned up and left as good or better than when he started the service call. Heating and ac unit are working at top notch thanks to his care.

Jack was polite , professional and thorough. Before diagnosis began he explained the possible issues and worked in systematic fashion. After completion, Jack explained their service contract option in which we purchased. Would recommend Jack and Absolutely heat and Air to future customers

Had the AC at my house not functioning properly on a weekend. As soon as I left a message, my phone was ringing. They texted me with an approx. window of time and a photo of Jack the technician that would be servicing the unit. Jack arrived slightly before the estimated window of time given. He explained the issue and resolved it quickly. I appreciated that the part that was replaced was pictured on the invoice and the invoice was mailed. I will use them again!

Sean & the install crew did an amazing job installing our new system! They were very professional & helpful from start to finish. I highly recommend them for any HVAC service & their monthly membership program.
