They were prompt and our capacitor was fixed within minutes. Price seemed a bit high but it needed to be fixed.

Our ducts in our brand new house were loaded with construction dust. The techs came in, showed us before and after pics. The process was messier than expected but the techs did a great job of cleaning up. Noticeable air quality improvement after finishing the job!

Jerry came out and replaced my fan motor. He was fast professional and friendly. I would recommend Absolute heating and air to anyone in need of service.

We are so grateful to have found Absolute Heat & Air, Texas. Customer service was so kind and quickly handled our urgent need. A broken AC during the Texas hot summer is miserable. Jacky Murphey came out very late to our home and did a fantastic job. He was kind, knowledgeable, professional and got the job done right. Jack represents your company so well and we are thankful for him being our tech. We have found our AC company and tech for sure.

Our Air conditioner went out last September and Absolute gave us great service! They did a great job and was so much more affordable then the other companies we called.

Today they came for a maintenance check up and Jack did a great job and was as friendly as he was when installing the unit. He checked everything out and replaced the filter.

Sean Doughty did an amazing job!! We had an emergency with our heat. We called at 8 in the morning and Sean showed up at 9 o'clock. He knew immediately what he needed to do. He was very well mannered and professional. In my opinion he deserves a raise.

I have been absolutely pleased with the work and service from Absolute. After using them for the first time this past summer I had signed up for their membership. Loads of benefits for a really fair price. Well, Jerry from Absolute came by today for my annual maintenance check up and he looked at every square inch inside and out on my HVAC. Everything checked out perfectly but my UV bulb was burnt out in the unit that’s in the attic. Which explains why my filters have been getting so dirty after just 2 weeks! I mean obviously something’s not right dirty. Without Jerry I honestly probably wouldn’t have noticed this till I was sent up there to grab the Christmas tree. Thank you Jerry and Absolute!!

Crew did a great job with the install and we're very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

They charged me close to 1k to change a 90$ eev coil. I could have bought the test equipment and the part and done it myself for that price. But I already agreed to let them do it before I researched it. I also pay a monthly fee. And supposedly got a discount. I'll call someone else next time.

Just had to pay another company to actually change the valve. Absolutely biggest peace of crap company charged me tons of money for Absolutely nothing. Say Absolutely no to this company.

I contacted Absolute Heat and Air as my ac went out recently in the middle of summer! Sean and Jack came out the same day and was determined I needed a new blower motor. The part was ordered promptly and it arrived the very next morning! Thank you to the office staff who quickly got the part ordered and were also so kind! Sean came out to install the part the same day it came in and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. He even checked all the components of the ac to make sure all in good working order. My ac was back up and running in no time! Sean answered all my questions and is extremely knowledgeable and truly passionate about what he does! Professionalism at its best! No one wants to spend money on ac repairs but I felt the price was reasonable and that I got my moneys worth. Absolute Heat and Air will be my go to if anything else ever arises. Thank you all so much!

We bought a programmable WiFi thermostat but could not get power to it called them up to figure out why the unit had no power all agents was out today but said send pics see if we can help toook pics sent & figured out the blue wire needed added in to 2 other wires with nut cap! Presto works perfect!!! What a great company to help us out w a quick simple fix!! Now us truckers can program our heat & air from the road!!

Called this morning at 8:37 am with an urgent request with A/C unit not working. Technician (Austin W.) was here by noon and fixed the problem within a few minutes. So grateful. August in Texas with no air is no joke!

Amazing service and very understanding staff! Jerry was my tech today. He installed the part that was needed for my heater to work and made sure not to leave until it was all working correctly. Absolute Heat and Air definitely went above and beyond!

James was our AC guy! He was awesome! not only did he get our AC up and going he was also very personable, honest, and trustworthy! Will be requesting him in the future for sure! Megan who scheduled our appointment was also the same! The communication was also top notch!
