Jaime showed up early and performed a thorough diagnostic of my system, identified and fixed the problem, then showed me the before and after pictures and readings. I have used Absolute Heat & Air for years now and they have always been on time, professional, and very knowledgeable about the heat and air business. Absolute just installed a new Trane heat and air system for me and it works great. It’s very quiet and I love the new touch screen and wireless features of the thermostat. These are great people at Absolute and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and expertise in the world of heat and air.

Absolute Heat and Air are fantastic. Austin and Arnulfo came out this morning to fix a problem with my AC and quickly identified and fixed the problem. They were both very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I always use Absolute and I’m always pleased. Highly recommend them!

Cristian and his crew did an outstanding job. They replaced some old duct work and put in an extra air return. The job went exactly as bid. They got done in a very timely manner. They took everything they tore out with them, and did an excellent job of cleaning up. Once again I'm very pleased, and would highly recommend Absolute Heat and Air for any and all Air conditioning work.

I had a great experience with Absolute Heat & Air! They came out to clean my dryer vent, and the technicians were professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and made sure the area was clean before leaving. I feel much better knowing it’s now a fire-safe setup. Have had great service from Absolute and Sean, my tech who comes twice a year as part of my maintenance plan. I have an older HVAC but have not had any issues since starting the service plan! They remind me when it's time to schedule and have always been prompt, quick and pleasant. Very happy customer!

Jeff provided an estimate for the work I needed done on Tuesday and James came out to do the work on Wednesday. I had several work calls while he was here but he was super respectful of my space and very quiet. And he didn’t mind my dogs. Best of all, he was very thorough, neat and honest about what needed to be done.

I called for service last week and someone came out that day, so far, so good. The service person seemed good, friendly, and appeared to know what he was doing. After looking at the system, he said I needed a new control board and it would be a couple days to get it in. Still, all good. It did come in, he came out and got the AC going. I happily paid the $900+ and all seemed good. 3 days later, my AC quit working again. I tried calling for a couple days, left messages, no one returned my call. Left a message on their website and they just sent a text message to call Derek, I had no idea where it came from, but assumed it was Absolute. I called Derek and the mailbox was full. I called the local number again and finally someone answered, but was told no one would be able to come out for 2 or 3 weeks. Who is going to wait for that. I guess they got my money and ran. So basically left me stranded without AC and I have to call someone else to come fix the unit. Keep in mind that this was the company that originally installed the unit and I have had to have service on this unit almost every year since installation, but assumed it was just the way the heat pumps were....Lesson learned as I won't be using them again.

Sean Doughty did a fantastic job. Professional, kind, and showed up less than a half hour after a weekend emergency call. Very through, made me feel comfortable with the diagnosis and I feel very well priced. We are repeat customers already and will not hesitate to call again. We encourage management to extend our thanks to Sean and he is an asset to the company.

I love the fact that I am notified not only a window timeline of when my service tech will arrive but as well when he is within 15 minutes away from my home. Arnulfo Alvarado was my current service tech and I can honestly say yes, I’m very pleased with his workmanship. He was so polite and took the time to answer all my questions in such detail which I appreciated. Upon exiting, I receive a detail report of his inspection along with photos that are documented for future reference. I have called in the past, they answer my questions without hesitation with the willingness to help. I personally have never had any issues mechanically or product related with this company and would highly recommend them

From the office personnel to the team who came to my house to clean my AC system, they were all professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I arrived home from a vacation to found my air conditioning, not working. The first gentleman worked on it for three hours could only repair part of it. But he was very diligent. Jerry arrive this afternoon and fixed it. He is very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I highly recommend him.

My experience with Austin who is employed by Absolute Heat & Air was a great experience for me and my family! For starters he was on time and very informative on my options after the problem was found! The best part for me is that he was on time which was great because I had a busy schedule that day and all my kids were off which was good but also the time was very early so me and Austin talked and about this while we tiptoed around my house! After getting home from work, our AC wasn't working & it was 85 degrees inside our house! We called after hours for emergency service and they sent Austin Woosley out within the hour. He had the part needed to get our outside AC unit working! Very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism! Great company and I will highly recommend them to anyone needing heat or AC service!

Really appreciate how quickly I got a repair person here. I had been burned by a large HVAC company previously this spring who was bullish about selling me a new system and making a $15K investment vs making a small repair. Blake was my technician and I had told him my budget concerns, how it was important to me do what I can to help my AC stay alive a little longer vs being sold a big system and he respected my household needs and my budget, offered solutions for regular maintenance, and didn’t push me to break my bank. It was important for me to feel like the company servicing my house is honest and helpful, and that was definitely Blake! Very thankful!

Jerry was able to assist me over the phone to unlock my thermostat. Only took a minute. He really was a big help. Have had very positive encounters with Absolute Heating & Air.

They told us over and over that different things were wrong, charging each time they came out. Eventually telling us we needed a new system. We got a second opinion and were shown the things they did wrong. The new company was able to fix it immediately. We have been told we would get some of our money back because they wanted to make it right but they haven't kept their word.

Recently dealt with a HVAC communication problem between components in the attic and condenser unit outside on a late model system.This is or can be a customers' worst nightmare in solving.Jerry Threadgill is your is ace troubleshooting expert. Personally observed and was absolutely amazed in the expertise this gentleman has. This is my second utilization of a major company in 20 + years. Thank God I found Absolute Heat and Air in Gainesville. As for communication within the office personnel and the customer and the technicians this Company gets a A+ all across the board. Meagan the manager and her assistant Tiera are people you can most definitely guarantee they have the ball concerning any problem you might have and will 100% coordinate all aspects of perfection in achieving final success....a fine tuned properly working system. Well done Absolute Heat and Air Team you definitely have my total satisfaction 👍 in your Business. Thank You! (Please note my out of pocket cost was minimal however, warranty covered a fair amount in troubleshooting costs in multiple visits).
