Top notch Professionals! After a terrible experience with a local roofing company …. We were referred to Joe with Casa Constructions and all I can say is “we wished we would have contacted him sooner”. We used them to replace our roof and siding around the entire house. Joe was very knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process and what to expect, there was not a question unanswered during our project. The crew was always on time and all very professional individuals, and you can tell they are truly a TEAM. It was literally raining in my house and they were the only contractors that could fix my window to stop the rain from coming into my house. After learning we would be moving within less than a month, we needed help getting a lingering list of small projects completed around our house, pronto! Our realtor provided the name of his contractor and a coworker referred us to Joe Casas and Casas Contracting Services. I reached out to both, explaining our very short timeline to get our house on the market.

The first contractor was only able to assist with one of the two trades needed; he provided a quote and committed to coming out the following week with his expert to survey the asks and would complete the work the following week–from that day, it would be three weeks and I also would need to find someone to do the other trade work. The three-week timeline was not ideal as we wanted to list within two weeks but we could make it work. Joe came to the house the next morning. We walked through the list and, to our relief, his team included both trades needed to execute all asks. We discussed the timeline and he simply said, “no problem, we’ll take care of you,” and that he did! Joe told me his team could get the work done in eight days. The very next day–at 8:30 a.m. sharp–there was a large crew at our house taking care of the list. Not only did they beat the three-week timeline quoted by the other contractor, they beat Joe’s own timeline and had all work completed four days ahead of schedule! This allowed us to list our home a week earlier and we had a buyer that weekend!

His pricing was fair, he was very present on the jobsite, he made himself available for questions, and his team was extremely professional and very friendly while delivering quality work. Joe Casas and his team were excellent in handling all aspects of the job, including work estimates, designing, planning, and executing the full scope of work. We had an ambitious project that included full exterior painting, soffit and fascia repair, wood siding, gutters replacement, and electrical installation of new lighting fixtures. Joe was especially skilled at stepping through all decisions that needed to be made and communicated options timely. He also set aggressive timetables for completion.
