Matt was absolutely amazing! He helped us pick the perfect roofing color for our home, his team worked fast and efficiently, and they had the best pricing in town!

Due to last year’s hail storms we had damage to our roof, gutters and pergola. Working with Mathew and his team to address these issues was very easy, professional and enjoyable. Mathew was especially helpful and patient in finding the shingle color we were looking for. His knowledge and experience in the industry also helped our insurance company identify damage expediting the claims process. We would definitely utilize Inspiration Roofing again in the future.

After a hail storm in our area Inspiration Roofing showed up and offered a free inspection of the damage which they did right then. Matthew and Kenneth were professional and knowledgeable. They were gracious and respectful of our time to decide what we wanted to do. In a few days they reached back out to us. Our Insurance inspector came out without much notice but Matthew and Kenneth were able to make the inspection as well to insure that everything was noted that was needed. Insurance approved , The team came out with samples and written quote. We sat down and discussed options and a timeline. Products delivered and process began. Roof and cleanup were completed in one day.. Afterwards they even reached out to check on our safety after a Tornado was reported in our area. I highly recommend Inspiration Roofing.

I am very pleased with the work done on my roof. One of the person Ive met was Austin Townshed. He was very kind. He helped us with most of all the paper works. He made it very easy to do everything. All the workers was also very nice to us. This company is very reliable, and I would definitely chose them again in the future.

After a severe storm tore through town, the next day we got a knock on the door. What happened next, a new roof. Inspiration Roofing was fantastic, in their communication, workmanship, and execution of exactly what they said they would do. From educating us, who never had a roof replacement before, to working with the insurance. They did it all and I would highly recommend them.

Our roof got damaged by a hail storm in Sept 2024 but insurance rejected our claim even every roofs in our subdivision got replaced. We reached out to Inspiration Roofing, they guided us and eventually overturned the decision by working with a public appraiser. The whole claim process took about 6 months.

After the insurance was approved, we got to the repair phase. Besides of roof replacement, our house had some minor water damage to the wall and ceiling, a water-damaged door frame, fence damage, broken window screens, and dents in the gutters. The roof was the first thing to get fixed. The crew was really nice and respectful, but they didn’t do a great job cleaning up because it was getting late that day, which I totally get. Next on the list was painting. It was a real pain because they had to re-texture and paint the ceiling three times to get it right. Every time they repainted it, we had to shut down the AC in the sweltering Texas summer heat (100 F) and lose access to our family and kitchen area. And each time, we had to clean up the mess because of all the dust from the texturing and sanding. While we were enduring the heat, the gutter installation was going on. Everything was going smoothly until a crew member felt and landed on top of the Pergola while installing the gutter. Thankfully, he didn’t get hurt, but because the pergola was made of aluminum, his weight bent the whole Pergola frame. Inspiration Roofing quickly got in touch with the gutter company to fix it. It took them about two months to get everything sorted out. In the end, they had to take down the old pergola and build a new one.

This project was supposed to be a quick 2-week job, but it turned into an epic three-month adventure. There were definitely some curveballs and unexpected twists, but Inspiration Roofing worked closely with the contractors to fix everything and kept us all in the loop with regular updates. I want to give a special shoutout to Matthew and Kaleb. They’re so caring, professional, and genuinely want to help their customers. Absolute superheroes! If we ever have to do this again, we’re definitely going with them again. They’re the best!
