Raza at Firewheel Roofing & Fencing was wonderful. I needed a new gate for my fence urgently. I contacted over a dozen fencing companies in the area this morning. By the time the majority reached back out to ask when they could schedule someone to come out to "estimate the work", Raza had already responded to me, provided an estimate based on pictures, scheduled a time to come out, and fixed everything to my satisfaction and at a reasonable price. The difference in the customer experience was tremendous. Now makes sense why Firewheel has so many 5 star reviews. I'll be going directly to them the next time around.

My roof was in a really bad shape before I hired Firewheel Roofing. I’m absolutely amazed by the worked they’ve done and so happy with the results. They came on time and swiftly finished all the work before given time. They installed a new roof and removed gutters for me and at such a good price too! Had a number of shingles blown off my roof from a recent storm and was looking for a small, locally owned roofing company in Garland with great ratings and these guys fit the bill!

I reached out to them through their Google chat and Raza, the owner, was quick to respond. He provided a reasonable quote and came out to repair the very next sunny day!

Once completed, Raza walked me through all the repairs by showing me photos of the work and thoroughly explained everything that he repaired. Genuinely nice guy and I appreciated that he made sure I was well informed!

Firewheel Roofing was great! Raza came out and did a detailed inspection of our roof and explained what and why certain things needed to be done.

The roof demo and install was done professionally and quicker than I thought! We had some rain start after cleanup was started, so they came back the next day to finish a thorough cleanup and double-check that there weren't any issues with the roof after a really hard storm.

Raza was very communicative through the whole process, worked with our insurance company and most of all, our new roof looks AMAZING.

Raza at Firewheel was a lifesaver. He was so patient and reassuring. I was in the middle of a terrible divorce and I was also dealing with a roofer who turned out to be a scammer. I lost thousands to this scam artist. It took over a year for me to actually be able to finally hire Raza and he did not increase my quote even during this difficult economy. He is a stand up guy that you can trust. I’m so thankful that I found him. He gave me excellent advice about dealing with the crazy situation I was in with the scam roofer and walked me through his process. My roof and gutters look amazing. I’m so happy!

My home has an old 8ft board on board fence that's probably 15+ years old - despite the wood being in decent condition, the fence along with our retaining wall had developed a 5-10 degree lean and was turning into a major eye sore.

Raza and his crew were out just two days after I reached out for a quote to reset all of the fence posts for 60 linear feet of fence and retaining wall. They took apart the fence piece by piece, poured new concrete, and properly aligned the posts. Any pieces of wood that were damaged or unusable were replaced (which was a decent amount as the retaining wall was bowing in multiple places).

Not only did the team do a great job with the primary task of straightening the fence, but they made repairs to several other unrelated areas of the fence without me even asking, including replacing damaged boards, securing loose boards, and even fixing a board on our gate which was constantly catching on the ground. Every minor item I asked to be looked at was repaired and I never had to repeat myself or remind the team what we had previously discussed. Raza even pointed out several things I didn't notice myself for repair. After the repairs were done, they even stained the new boards after I provided matching stain. None of these items were part of the originally quoted work and I wasn't charged extra.

They were punctual each day, even staying late on a Saturday to finish reassembling the final sections of the fence. They communicated with my neighbors before doing anything that might impact their property. The attention to detail was excellent.

I'll be happy to use Firewheel Roofing again in the future if I need any of their services - I wish all my experiences with contractors were as positive and stress free as this.

Raza and his team did an amazing job. We had a fence literally on its last leg, and we needed it fixed asap. Raza was able to come out the next morning and got to work. Took them 2 days but they did an amazing job and cleaned up like they were never here. Raza never tried to upsell anything but instead was a wealth of knowledge and told us what we needed to do for upkeep and where the next problems might arise with the fence. One of the most professional people I have met. Top notch work. Top notch employees and couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Very pleased with the work Reza did. He matched the old stain perfectly to bring the fence back to life. His team covered and prepared the area very well so that stain didn’t get on our house. And he cleaned the fence poles and hardware so there wasn’t any unwanted stain on them. Result was great. He also built a small new section of fence for us that perfectly matched the existing fence. I had some shingles ripped off my roof with the last batch of Texas winds. I got quoted a ridiculous price from 2 other sources. After checking with Firewheel Roofing I was amazed with their reasonable prices and I can genuinely tell they were being real with me. Others were trying to get me to install a new roof, but Raza said mine was fine and with the repair I'm able to add 5 more years to my roof.
