I'm living here with my family and its horrible its hot there's water leaking from everywhere and even Roach's can get thru the wall. We are living downstairs so the people above is stomping I ask the office if they can do something about it (they didn't do anything about it) and now we got a big hole in the ceiling cause of the water or sewage damage (the water was brown and black) cause of the people upstairs
all that nasty was all over the floor plus they charged us over a thousand dollars rent for a month and two things more the floors can easily and people can steal your cable and internet to work for their things.

Do not waste your money no one answers the phone or is ever there when you show up or schedule an appointment. It’s said that we paid such a high fee of 260 dollars only to be lead on for a month and a half. Then denied when they got tiered of us calling and asking about the application.

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! I gave application fee, admin fee, and deposit all at the same time over a month ago and no one has called to let me know if I was approved or denied. I call and the office never answers so I leave voicemails and they don't return my calls. I send emails and they do not respond. I even go to the office myself and no one is ever there.

My sincere advice is that you never rent an apartment there.
My family has sent an application to rent an apartment and they asked us to pay deposit plus security fees when submitting our form.
Then after that, they refused our application and told us that our money would be return within 30 days after the date of this information.
However, 45 days after that time we still have not received any information about our money from them. We have to come there many times to ask our money but they still have not given any reply. We even sent an email to their company (Catalyst Multifamily) many times, but still no reply.

We are preparing to sue their company for their fraud in this case. We believe that they have to pay the penalty for their cheating.

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. The ac or heater is constantly messing up and its never taken care of immediately. We go 2 or 3 days without hot water. The personel in the office are not people friendly. It took them 3 months to give me a mail key, 2 months to fix my ac when i moved in and i complained about a bed bug problem and was constantly giving excuses as to why the problem isnt being taken care of right away. AVOID THIS HORRIBLE PLACE

All the good reviews are from the staff. It's 80 degrees outside, hot in the apartments, and they STILL won't turn the AC on. If you like paying too much just to be told to go f yourself by management, this is the place for you.

Not happy I moved in a month ago. First of all I gave them my deposit and application fees. It took them three weeks and the day a week before I had to move in they said that I was a Mexican illegal immigrants that I was a criminal. First of all I'm not Mexican I'm Puerto Rican and Italian. I was born in New York City. Then I also work for the garland school has a bus driver we go through a national criminal back ground check. Never got a call back after I gave her my license. So I thought that everything was good so my son and I go up there the day before we are supposed to move in. They didn't have the paperwork done yet I waited around until 8:30pm and they said that we had to give more money to move in. So at this point we had to get another $250. Then she told us that the apt for us was not ready for another day. I told her that we needed to move in on the 1st so she gave us one without closets door now it's been a month no closets doors. That she said that it was supposed to be in three days. Nothing. The rent was due a the 1st to the 3rd but was a holiday and Monday was to. Banks are closed. My son and I both work during the day but she leaves at 3 pm. No drop box to give the rent in so it got dropped off on the the fourth early in the morning. And they want to charge us $75 for being one day late. Still done have no closet doors. No second key for the apt. Or no mail box key. I can't wait to move out of here. The pic on the website nothing like the apt. The kitchen cabinets looks like they are ready to fall of the walls. I'm not happy at all. DONT RENT AN APT. HERE THEY SUCK

Been here a month and still haven't received mail keys. First moved in there was a roach on my kitchen counter. Kitchen drainer in 1 sink takes forever to go down.it look like they painted over everything. We have our own a/c so thats straight. Pool is never open . Searching for different apartment currently. Management is horrible here. Wouldnt reccomd anyone . and rent is reallt crazy considering its small

I’ve been living here for about 4 months and these apartments are horrible. I’ve tried loving them but it’s so hard. Let me just start of by saying they’ve changed their managers about 3-4 times since I’ve been here. At this point we had to move in as soon as possible since we had nowhere to go. They told us our unit would be ready and on our actual move-in date our floors were still messed up, we were missing drawers and one of the windows in one of the rooms was missing... which by the way 4 months and over 20 requests in, we are still missing drawers. There’s been a big bed bug issue that we’ve had to fix our selfs and spent hundreds of dollars and even lost most of our furniture. We reported it a couple of months, 3 managers and multiple unanswered calls and voicemails ago, when we moved in but since we had nowhere to go we had to stay here with a 2 year old. You would think reporting it to the office manager on duty they would do something about it, right? WRONG. After months of asking for updates and now that they’re almost gone, come to find out that the managers never reached out to upper management about it and they are now trying to charge us a fee for pest control because we waited to long. WHAT?! But wait, there’s more did I mention that our work hours are crazy so... we would call to get updates about our requests and no one would answer our calls and we would leave several voicemails, which we have recorded through an app but no one would reach back. I finally got a hold of one of the ladies there and asked for an email since I wanted to make sure I would have everything written but after several emails: They still didn’t answer. Another point that I want to hit before I end my review. The walls and windows are so thin that we can literally hear our neighbors conversation clearly. At first we thought we were just hearing things but turns out we weren’t and they could also hear ours which is completely disappointing since you would want to have privacy at your own home. My best advice is to pay a little more in rent and be in a more professional and cleaner place. I am truly disappointed.
I am back to add more to my review... Its super hot/humid outside and out A/C is still not on... but now they have the office “under construction” and it’s been days since I’ve been calling the office to get an update or date on when it’s turning back on. We have all windows open and fans on. I am super eager to get this lease over. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!

I can't tell you how terrible my experience was here. I was told I had an apartment and could move in on Monday. The office wasn't open to give me my keys for days. I could not reach anyone and no one would call me back. I finally rented somewhere else after 6 days. I never was paid back my deposit or my application fee. $250 that was stolen from me. Don't make that mistake.

I have lived here for a year and a half and we just signed another year lease. It is family friendly and pet friendly. I would honestly say the reason we signed for another year would be the assistant manager Anna she is sweet and very helpful. Anytime I have had a problem she has fixed it right away and she is very straight forward and honest with you. Prices are not overly expensive. And there is a play ground that my kids play at right infront and everyone looks out for the kids when they are outside.

When we moved in we had roaches, and there was evidence of previous serious infestation. They painted over roach feces all throughout the apartment and painted over a penny in the window seal before we moved in. The window in the kitchen has a hole in it since day one so I have it taped up because they said they don't have replacement windows. There is no glass in my peephole just an open hole to outside. There is a huge gap around the door so The apartment isn't insulated at all. The towel rack was broken leaving a hole in the wall, which they never fixed. They patched the sheetrock behind the toilet and it looks like a 5 yr old did it. The cabinets are broken, and some won't close. Many times we have been without hot water and heat or air. Also there is 2 pools which are never open. After 7 months of living here we ended up with bed bugs when the neighbors moved in. The office said bed bugs was excluded on pest control in our rent contract and told us we would have to pay 475$ to get our apparent treated. Maintenance is awful. Our A/C unit has been leaking into our hall right outside my daughter's room for about A week. We had to heat our apparent with our oven during the winter because we had no heat and it was 34 degrees outside. We had to buy a window unit when it got hot because we had no A/C till June. The grounds are trashed. People let their dogs use the bathroom just anywhere they want to. The office is closed half the time so its hard to even catch them. Every month for 4 months now we have had to go to the office to find out how much our utilities are. They were bought out about 4 months ago and can't seem to calculate our utilities since then. I would never rent here again or recommend this place to anyone.
The apartment is big for the money and its quite and safe here but that's about all I can say for it.

This apartment complex was the worst place for my family and I to live! We lived there 3 and a half years and are floors were constantly peeling in several places because they glued the new flooring on top of the old. We complained several times and nothing was done. Also, every summer the ac would not worked and inside the apartment complex the temperature would get to a 100 degrees! My husband and I would complain, but nothing got done. We felt management didn't care at all. This apartment complex continued to have poor management. We also felt like other tenants got away with having loud music, more people than on the lease, and more pets then stated in the lease. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! The pool is always green and never cleaned! The staff doesn't care

I've been here 2 years and we have new staff so I'm hoping this will be a better complex for me, my son, and my dog! The new women in the office are very helpful so I'll edit this review in a couple months. The apartments suck but as do most but hopefully they make good changes for the community. Update: maintenance requests can get rocky but the maintenance team makes sure to handle business in a timely manner. Everyone smiles and waves at you and all my neighbors are very nice. It's especially nice in the fall when all the kids start going outside more. Despite some of its aesthetics, it really is a homely place.

The worst apartment complex ever! If you want a sewage leak for DAYS w/o someone coming to fix it and running all of your furniture. There is mold growing as you can see. They have done nothing to help us. I could write so much more that is wrong with this place! Ugh. Please don’t move here; you will regret it!!!
