Worst appartmen ever they even don't open the pool why do they have them there anyways

after 11:00 pm there is no parking you have to wait for someone to leave

I've Been Living Over Here 6 Months. I Have No Complaints

Great management team , been living here close to year ,very quiet neighbors.Nice place to call home

Management is rude, ask too fix things take almost 3 weeks or more half the time they change Management every other week. So no one knows what go's on.

I remember living here,The pool was barely opened,I cant believe they changed the Design of it ever since they lost the old manager

Worst customer service ever! Don't waste your time or money on these apartments.

Just moved it today and loving it already! Management is amazing she helped me with everything! I recommend it !!

Lived here for almost a year and it really a good calm complex apartments love it .

Thjs is the worst place I've ever lived I lived in 149 they never came to fix our window and the manager will blame you for all the trash they blame me and my sibling I'm never living there ever again and if u live there just to tell u the bathroom the water will be lacking 149 is the worst apartment in the complex

THIS APARTMENTS ARE VERY CLEAN AND AWESOME I WILL DEFINITELY BE MOVING IN SEPTEMBER WHEN MY LEASE IS UP ESPECIALLY THE MANAGEMENT ARE GREAT THANKS ANA MAE ILL BE SEEIN U SOON .

Can you give less than one star. They took my money for an application that wasn't done, told me I could move in on Friday then didn't answer the phone for me to get the key until the following Thursday. I stopped by on three occasions. Terrible service.

Once management has rent they don't care about fixing things, they say one thing but never do nothing about it. You may call but no answer WORST PLACE!!. TRUST ME NOOO GOOD

I have lived at Gardens on Walnut for 2 years in apartment #105.The management and the maintenance people have made these apartment homes look and feel so inviting to new tenants..
I have cancer and am going through chemotherapy and the manager SARAI is there to listen to me about my health..The maintenance men are also very courteous and polite and will lend a helping hand when needed..
This is the kind of apartment homes people look for..

These apts suck the staff there is very unprofessional super rude and the a.c. is always messing up, they have a lot of roaches and they give poor customer service to their residents. Definaty not recommended.

This place is a joke the old management team was good. New management team isn’t. Bedbugs everywhere coming from the walls of the neighbors. Hold in the wall that have not gotten fixed.if you have kids look elsewhere

If I could give this crap place ZERO stars I would. This place is a joke! The staff specifically MANAGEMENT have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. They have a TON of MAINTENANCE ISSUES. A/C going out ALL THE TIME! SEWER BACK UPS ALL THE TIME (at least 2 times in 1 year for me)! The company and management DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS!!!

Boy! don't do it to yourself!!! This disgusting place got's the mf BED BUGS!!!! I have been staying with my dad all summer and they still refuse to fix the air conditioner! And its like for a lot of ppl here...MAN I will be so f'n excited to go back home with my mom I've been getting bit every day its so damn annoying and hot!!!!!!
