Superior installed a diverter on a short roof line and added a gutter above our small patio. The goal was to stop the water from staining our brick. The guys were in and out in less than an hour, and did a great job! Gutter color is a perfect match. Thank you Superior Gutter Systems!

Superior does great work, but their scheduling team could use improvement. They only seem to set schedules by calling you. No texts. No email. So if you don't answer your phone, you have to chase them down to get an install date. The day of my installation, I wasn't given a time or even a time window, so only my invalid husband was there when the crew arrived. There wasn't even a text to my phone letting me know they were on the way. I'd hire them again though. That's the only thing that needs IMPROVEMENT.

I was referred to Superior Gutters by another company to request Gutter, Downspout and Cleaning for my home in Fate (between Rockwall and Royse City - within 25 mile radius of their location). I downgraded them because the company website does not show areas they service which would have prevented a lot of wasted time. Additionally, it took the person that I spoke with when requesting the service over an hour to call me back to say, "we don't service that area".

To the Owner: I downgraded you because your service area is not listed on your website. Simply put a radius of areas you service, list common cities and you wouldn't have gotten downgraded. I wouldn't have had to interact with you at all and my time wouldn't have been wasted.

Amazingly prompt and professional, Superior Gutter Systems came out the day I called and provided an estimate. Gutters replaced from the storm damage the next day!

Great service, on time and cleaned up afterwards!
