Was recommended by my neighbor gave them a call to get a quote on my lawn and David was super rude and said he would not be cutting my grass and when I asked him why he gave me no reason as to why he couldn’t do it! Hung up and I called back to ask again why he wouldn’t cut my lawn and he said he just doesn’t want to take the job and hung up again! This is so unprofessional and I’m glad we’re not doing business

I called for aerating services and got a quote. Later that day, after talking to my husband, I called and canceled because of money issues. I said I would call him back the following week. He never responded to my text and the following week when I did call, he didn't answer. Nor did he answer any texts. I wasn't going to write a review here but after reading how he treats customers, I had to give my experience too. If things don't go perfectly for him, he'll block you. How does someone stay in business with customer service like that?

Communication was easy, owner professional and friendly. Price was fair and competitive. Crew showed up on time and the completed sod install looks fantastic. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use again for other services.

Always responsive and work is quick and reliable. My lawn looks much better than it used to, and we don't even do much special to it at all. Handles special requests promptly such as when the shrubs get too high. Happy to keep using and highly recommend.

I tried to setup a new service with them for our new build house. I did let them know that because we were in a new subdivision, that the maps function did not always take you to the correct house, and the mowers MUST look at the house number. After we had not seen the mowers, I called and told this to the owner. He said he did not like how I was acting and that hey would not service my lawn. This has been the most unprofessional and shocking behavior I have ever recevied from anyone that is client facing. Definitely do not recommend.

inquired about a quote to have my yard done .. got the number from an employee working on neighbors yard (My yard is same size) , Answers & just tells me he doesnt want to do it and hangs up the phone. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. who ever "David" is needs some better people skills. Better off hiring a different lawn service

David just finished a board on board ceader fence for us. Very professional and perfect installation. Price was the exact as quoted and project completed on time. He also trimmed a large tree in the front yard perfectly. I would recommend him and his staff for any projects. Thank you again David fence is beautiful.

I hired David and team to do a big job involving tree removal, stump grinding, shrub removal and tree trimming. The crew was courteous, professional, diligent and completed all work on time and budget. I for sure would recommend DFW Area Lawn Care and I plan on using them in my next project this summer! I've known David since we were wearing silk shirts and had haircuts with side spikes in middle school, though I haven't talked to him in 25 years at least.

We came into a situation that we needed a major cleaning of the front and back yards of a house to get it ready to sell, and I've been fighting all week with these online companies that just dispatch any random guy that owns a lawnmower, to get me a quote. They've been waiting on me to get off work in time to run by the house and send them pics before they'll even commit to servicing the yard.

My brother looks up David, picks up the phone and calls him, and within an hour or two David has dropped what he was doing and went by the house to take his own pics and provided an itemized quote and a very reasonable turnaround time.

I hired David & his team to cut down a good size chunk trees and build a 75ft fence with a gate- to say that they did a phenomenal job would be an understatement. He was extremely easy to communicate with, responsive, respectful and helped me work through what I wanted. There are a few items on my to do list and David helped me prioritize them appropriately, which he didn’t have to do, but still took the time to walk through everything with me. He said they would be there at 8 AM, they showed up at 7:55. They had all of the trees cut down and neatly stacked by the road in under 3 hours- and the fence was up (and they cleaned up after themselves) by 5 PM the very next day. Fantastic job, fantastic guy- the fence is even better/has more character than I expected. They weren’t even finished cleaning up yet and I had 3 (literally 3) neighbors walk over and ask for his contact information. I got about 7 quotes for this job and David blew them all out of the water and exceeded all expectations. Will definitely be using him for all future projects.

We have worked with David for 7 years and I am shocked to see there are any bad reviews. He is our favorite person to refer to others because he has done such an amazing job for us. We have hired him to do multiple landscaping projects, from big to small. He has trimmed our trees, mowed our grass, planted flowers, redone garden beds, laid stone, etc. and we have always had a good experience. He is trustworthy with his recommendations and pricing, responds very quickly to us, is proactive in making seasonal recommendations, and comes in person before and after each project to make sure it’s done right. One time a metal garden decoration we had broke due to high winds and he offered to have it welded back for free assuming it was from his crew, which we declined since it wasn’t their fault. I can’t say enough good things about David and his crew. Would highly recommend!

David and DFW Area Lawn Care are the best! They are always on time, and they do a great job for a fair price. They do my regular lawn mowing, and they have done larger landscaping projects, like cleaning out flower beds, planting sod, and tree trimming. As a first time home owner, I had many questions about dealing with issues in the yard, and David always answers my questions right away. I highly recommend DFW Area Lawn Care!

From beginning till end, he was a real professional and very prompt with regards to communication, which I really appreciated. He answered all of my questions and came up with a landscaping plan that worked with my budget and accommodated what I had in mind.
