Nice folks, great prices. I collect succelents and was happy to find an aloe species I didn't have.

A FEW YEARS AGO, I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER AT THE GARDEN STORE AND NURSERY UNTIL THE OWNER DISPLAYED A CONDESCENDING ATTITUDE WHEN I RETURNED AN ANTIQUE CLIMBING ROSE FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND, THE ROSE HAD AN OBVIOUS ROOT BIND PROBLEM AND WAS NOT GROWING, ESSENTIALLY HE TOLD ME HE WAS NOT GOING TO MAKE AN ADJUSTMENT FOR A BAD PLANTING BY INEXPERIENCED CUSTOMERS!!, ( I HAD PLANTED DOZENS OF ROSES AT THAT POINT), MADE THE DECISION THEN, I WOULD TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!!

Knowledgeable, friendly staff coupled with amazing selection of plants, organic gardening supplies and high quality pet food make this place a visit!

Very good organic non-GMO starter tomato plants! Nice folks. <3 Do wish they'd carry more vegetables tho.

I buy my specialty pet food from here. They also have a giant plant nursery with allot of stuff to choose from.. but could use someone to help take care of the place a little better..

The man who answers the phone is extremely rude. He hung up on me after he was requesting service from us. He called to speak to my husband, he and I own the company. I told him my husband was in the field, but I could help, and he hung up. I can only assume because he didn't know I also run the company, and because I'm a woman. I called back to say we must have been disconnected, and he said "no , I hung up on you," and hung up again. If this is how they treat people, I can't begin to imagine how they'd treat customers, and would stay far away.

This is the only place I can find the food I feed my dog, and it's cheaper here than online. The staff is friendly enough as well. For a nursery though, they don't really keep up with the appearance of the plants outside

Gregory Rohde and his company, Rohdes by Monsivais LLC, took advantage of us and used unfair business practices. They don't provide transparent information. Whatever they say verbally is not what is written in their emails and is hidden using sample invoices. For instance, while advertising a $60 per hour rate, Gregory failed to mention that it's charged per person and that they typically send 3-5 people to work on tasks like yard maintenance. This brings the rate for the yard maintenance to $180-$300 per hour, depending how they feel about. Additionally, they did not provide the actual quote before starting the work, which is misleading and unfair to customers. Gregory Rohde and his company is a person not to trust.

Found them on ebay, but now I shop at there store. Always friendly, and can answer my questions. Also like the newsletter I get emailed.
I recently bought some of there Bulk compost. Folks, let me tell you, this was actually the best compost I have ever bought. I have gotten at other places, but this is NOT mostly wood chips like living earth stuff.

Requested services be completed. Was like pulling teeth to have someone come out and look at the property. Once Greg came to visit. Asked for an estimate, which took another week to receive. Then requested a general timeline of when work could be done. Greg and Co never answered nor were prompt in returning calls. Was told that my requests were unreasonable and they wouldn’t do the work. So word to the wise, don’t ask for a specific time on when they will do work or your requests will become unreasonable.

Was a fairly regular customer here till they started closing on Saturdays. Love the place, but hard to imagine not being open on Saturdays even if it is just for a half a day or one Saturday a month. No way I can get over there before they close on the weekdays. Sad. 5 stars otherwise. Guess I'll be doing my organic nursery shopping elsewhere now.

I called numerous times to see if they had any maple trees in stock. Each time they said they would call me back and would hang up on me. Never got a phone call back after several attempts.

Update Sept 2015:
I have given them a few extra attempts since my last rating. I am raising my rating from 1 star to 3. They do have a good selection and healthy plants. That is very important and is the reason I am improving my review. Still can't give 5 stars because I have tried calling to inquire about availability and ordering a vine and I got the same service. Never did get a call back as promised.

This place is completely magical. Fantastic and unique choices and knowledgeable staff. Sweet old kitty will greet you inside but be sure he isn't near the door when you go in or out. Indoor kitty only! My very favorite place to buy plants and trees in this area, and I have been to many!

Mike was extremely helpful when I reached out to him for assistance with removing a washer and a motorized scooter for my mom. She shared that he was very mannerable, respectful, professional, and affordable. The entire experience was smooth, and she looks forward to using his services again in the future.

Had Mike and Chris help us last minute this weekend with sheer CHAOS, and not only did they come in with great professionalism, but were the fastest I've ever seen! Definitely recommending to everyone I can!
