I came home today after cosmopolitan maid had been here . I was so happy what a load off .I will definitely keep using them

Cosmopolitan has been my "Jonny on the spot" every time I need them. Great company to work with and way better than others I've used.

This company did an alright right job at cleaning a house that I had already cleaned, but the main issue I have with them is at they overcharged me after giving me a certain quote and then acted like I needed to pay other charges that were not quoted in the beginning, and then when questioned was told that I should have known that those Charges would be included, service nor price was worth it very disappointed.

Cleaning is done in a timely manner. Also, the handyman work/hoarder removal service they provide is phenomenal! Highly recommend this service to anyone.

Maid finally called she is finally on her way to come and clean today. I've waited all day. Cosmopolitian to the rescue! More information to come if needed otherwise I'm satisfied.

Disappointed with last service. I guess they do a good job the 1st time so you can come back (anyone should) but the second service seemed rushed. Not happy with results, looking for a company that's consistent and know how to keep a paying customer!

I've used Cosmopolitan Maid service for years!! They are so wonderful and they are always easy to schedule! Very trustworthy and leave my house looking great!!

After paying for the "deluxe service", the women tried to leave with less than half of my house being done, because it was at their "time limit". They were more concerned with watching the clock and talking to each other than cleaning, and when the owner, Steve, came in, he was extremely rude, and combative. He wanted to argue more about the time spent in the house instead of the terrible job they did "cleaning" it. I will never use this service again.

An absolutely horrible experience. Steve, the owner, could be the rudest business owner I've ever dealt with. After a horrible cleaning for the 2nd time, I called Steve to which he responds that I was a "high maintenance customer that would never be happy." Whether or not that is true (it's not - I love my new cleaning service), WHAT BUSINESS OWNER INSULTS CUSTOMERS? I highly discourage everyone to avoid this business.

Im a single parent with two kids an a dog i work all the time an cosmopolitan helps me with cleaning my house on a bi-weekly schedule. They do grocery shopping for us, our laundry an not to mention make all of our beds, an do a fabulous spotless clean everytime they show up. They go the extra mile for us, they are prompt,on time,an i cant say enough good things about them.Thanks to the wonderful ladys that work there.The staff is fantastic!!!!

Great service! My apartment is always spotless when they are finished. The employees are always careful and curtious. If you have a special request it is never any problem. Everything is always just as you wanted and expected. I highly recommend their services.

I signed up for their deep cleaning service in preparation for listing our house for sale. The price was 3 times more than what we pay our typical weekly cleaning lady and they didn't do a better job than our typical weekly house cleaning. They also charged my credit card an additional $31 after the fact without my consent. I will never be using this cleaning service again.

My mother got assigned to cosmopolitan cleaning services through cleaning for a reason, a special service for cancer patients. You get 2 free cleanings, however Tammy mistakenly scheduled a cleaning for my mom on a date that we were unavailable. So when I called to schedule my mom's second cleaning I was told the date they mistakenly booked counted as 1/2 cleanings. This made me very upset because my mom has gone through so much dealing with cancer and they denied her 2 cleanings based off of their own mistake. Tammy failed to even apologize. I think heartless people/companies should not be involved in non-profit organizations. I would not recommend this place. Very unprofessional. The ONLY reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the cleaning lady did a good job but the management needs improvement.

While we loved our cleaning ladies, the owner of this business is not very professional or accommodating. When the crew was late, upon asking to reschedule as I could not wait for them any longer, I was told that I was rude for asking and should understand that they were backed up from the prior week. While delays and missteps happen with any business, this owner does not know how to problem solve or to work out what works best for their customer, especially considering it is in their customers home.

The cleaners were very nice, but did a terrible job. Very expensive to have not fully vacuumed floors, clean counters, or clean coffee table, and more. Not impressed. Owner offered for them to come back, but it was such a bad job I turned her down and just hired someone else to try to find someone that does a good job.

It's always a pleasure to work with Tammy at Cosmopolitan Maids! She and all of her staff have always gone out of their way to make sure the tiniest details are taken care of to my utmost satisfaction! I have recommended Cosmopolitan Maids to several friends and business associates and won't hesitate to refer them in the future. Her staff has always been attentive and thorough, and I couldn't be more pleased with their services! They even do handy-man type repairs! Instead of spending my limited amount of "free time" cleaning, I can call on Tammy and her crew to handle it all for me and that allows me to spend quality time with my family instead!
