House Cleaning reviews in Garland, Texas

We gave them a try twice. 1st time they were suppose to give us window of service and missed window. Cleaning was average at best but no communication. We communicated to owner and was reassured next time would be better. 2nd time they missed window again, sent numerous text and no response. After three hours we sent cancel message and no response. 1 hour later they showed up and we had to explained we cancelled already (awkward conversation for poor employees). No one even called us back. Obviously don’t care. Disheartening. Can’t run a successful business with no communication or lack of attention to details.

[update]. Not even 24 hours after this post, the owner debited our card for cancellation. Seems like an act of retaliation for a honest review. Wish I could change this to a Minus one star
