He diagnosed the issue and replaced the water valve with an up to code new water valve. He also replaced the front outside faucet with a frost proof hose bib. Dillon was very helpful, courteous and patient when I needed help disconnecting and re-connecting my gas stove for repairs. He was also professional, on time, reasonably priced, and easy to get in touch with.

First he came out to disconnect the gas from the stove, and he observed my gas shutoff valve was too far from the stove. He gave me a quote to install a new shutoff valve, replace the gas flex line, and re-connect the stove when it was ready. He also gave me helpful advice for unsticking a part that was stuck.

Once the stove was repaired he came back to reconnect the stove. He thoroughly tested every burner to ensure everything worked properly and tested the gas line for leaks. He was pushing the stove back against the wall when one of the side panels fell off because I forgot to secure the bolts. I told him I had to fix it and I'd put the stove back after he left.

About 20 minutes after he left I realized I couldn't push the stove back against the wall because the flex line was in the way. I called him and he turned around and came back to fix it right away. When he got here I was still struggling to attach one of the side panels. He helped me attach the side panel and got the stove pushed up against the wall for no additional charge.

Phenomenal quick service. Was in and out in under 15 minutes. A plumber with real integrity and authentic mastery of his craft. Definitely will be calling again.
