I recently had my boiler repaired by Longhorn boiler and plumbing. The experience was excellent. I was dealing with water leaking from under boiler , and they were able to schedule an appointment quickly.

The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem efficiently, and explained the issue in a way that was easy to understand. The repair was done promptly, and my boiler has been working perfectly since. I also appreciated the fair pricing and their respect for my business.

These guys do a great job once they arrive. Getting a hold of them is a real pain.

Apparently these guys were removed from amazon home services for poor performance. If you have ever tried to contact these guys you will likely know why they were removed.

Highly recommend these guys! Fast, courteous and professional. Several members of my family have used them and we wont use anyone else. Hire these veterans yall!

After initial service appointment was missed the company stepped up and went above and beyond to take corrective action and complete the service. I would highly recommend them as the service is top-notch they live up to the standards they present.

If I could give zero stars I would I called at 7:45 am the guy told me he would be here between 11-12 and then text me at 11:30 and said he was on his was it is currently 1:23 I still haven't seen him and now he won't text back and the place closes at 3 horrible services I mean if u can't make it just say that instead of keeping people to wait all day with no water

Craig was absolutely amazing. He took care of the plumbing problems so quickly and was beyond fair in his pricing. Thanks for being a life saver!!!

Awesome experience. Got the job done right! Emphasis on right. Provided me a fair quote before he started unlike these people that throw charges at you just for looking at the problem. Was also very polite when he was here.

No consideration, respect or professionalism!

Got the quote to plumb a tankless water heater. Given an appointment time...(Day 1): waited, waited then texted, moved time back. Waited, waited- no show. Rebooked for the following day. (Day 2) appointment time came and left? Texted with a response, "it will happen, trust me"; 5 hrs later, no show. Day 3 & third strike: appointment set for 10am, NO CALL, NO SHOW.

Shameful; I thought with a name like "armed forces" they would carry the integrity, responsibility & fortitude of our service men. I was wrong; they do not carry any.

If I could give "0" stars I would. I was left without hot water three days.

I am not sure how they have 4 stars. They have horrible response time or not at all. Tried to reschedule an appointment three times online using Amazon but have not received a single response . You can't even talk to anyone by phone when calling. Even when I left a message by phone, no one has followed up after 3 days. Good luck.

Team helped put in a new tankless water heater (top of the line Rinnai). After discussing our needs, he recommended upgrading to one with a circulating pump. Team handled the whole process end-to-end. Sizing the gas line, taking out our two 50 gallon tanklesses, installing the new PVC venting, building a platform for the new tankless, putting in a drain pan, and putting in the recirculation valve. He even offered to teach me how to do the yearly flushes to remove materials to keep the heater running. Finally he informed me of the rebates from Atmos gas company and the federal government. If I have plumbing issues I'm calling Armed Forces first.

Impossible to talk to a person. Do not show up for appointments. I had an 8:30 appointment and no plumber or phone call by 9:30. I called at 9:30 and cancelled the appointment.(answering machine) At 10:10 they called and said they would be here by 11:00. I told them not to come. This is the second time this has happened. No mas!

Provider failed to show up to the first appointment and didn't make any attempt to reach out to me during or after the missed appointment. I was unable to call them due to their phone system not having an option to reach a live person. Their emergency number also did not reach a person.
After complaining through the booking agency I was apologized to by the AFP and promised a discount as well as a new booking time. I missed work for the next appointment and again they failed to show up or make contact. It's been 4 days since that appointment and they haven't sent as much as an e-mail.
This provider is unreliable and should be avoided at all costs, especially if you have an emergency plumbing situation and need immediate contact.

Craig is an awesome dude! I've used him a few times now and he's been above and beyond. I just read the 1 star review.. There has to be a legit reason... No one, not one person, is perfect! I've recommended him to others and they too had a very good experience and his rates are better than "comparative" without the sacrifice of quality! And the man has fought for my freedom!!! Yep, this is my opinion!

Craig is always willing to help me out regardless of how big or small the job is. He has come to my rescue numerous times after hours at no additional charge. He is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, very reasonably priced, and I highly recommend him!

A friend of mine used Armed Forces Plumbing for a new tankless water heater so I hired Craig Harkins to fix a water value under my kitchen sink. It was old and flooded my kitchen.
