Excellent Service - I have used Armed Forces Plumbing twice and will in the future if I need anything else to be done efficiently and economically. Craig Harkins is very knowledgeable and always takes time to explain how things work. Also, his price is very reasonable. I highly recommend Armed Forces Plumbling.

Ordered service off amazon to install a tankless water heater. Had difficulty getting in contact with this company. Craig showed up on scheduled day and was unable to install because it was "sprinkling" (2 drops of rain). Said he would schedule a further date and did not show up or give a courtesy call on the next appointment date. Called his company several times and left several messages (can't ever get an actual person to pick up the phone) never got a return call. Now I'm in the process of searching for another plumber. The contact started in Mid-March and it is now mid-April.

Craig and his assistant Jake were great! They gave us a fair estimate and completed the work a day or two later, in less time than what they anticipated. They left our place clean and in excellent shape. We are so grateful to have found a reliable, honest, and professional plumber in our neighborhood! And we love supporting our vets!

Chris and the plumbing guys are top notch professionals with good attitudes.

Was assisted by an irresponsible male employee whom provided me with an incomplete order causing me to have to return to the store .

Unethical behavior. Called and gave Chris a PN for a particular brand and he said he had it in stock. Drove over there and he didn’t have the brand at all, he crossed it to different brand that is no where near the same design. All he needed to do is tell me that rather than lie to me to get business.

I wanted to like this place but the lack of customer service and price dishonesty was very disappointing. I’ll still shop with Plano Locke but steer clear of this location.

I really love the other locations. This location always seems to never have the parts needed in stock. So literally have to drive 15 minutes down the road to Apex supply company

Can not say how much I appreciate Mr Charleston, a couple of weeks ago he came and did a laundry list of items for us here. Bath sinks, tub drain and install spout new,2 outdoor faucets master bath install new handle, clear roof vent even inspect kitchen side of wall to locate debris in vent pipe with camera. He changed a total hourly rate for about the 3 hours he was here. I didnt blink and eye to pay him what he requested. I actually gave him a tad bit more!

Came when he said. Was friendly and professional. Great price for the service.

Charleston Compound has excellent plumbing service... up to Slab Leaks, basic plumbing, gas leaks detection and more.

While driving in Richardson today I was cut off by one of their employees in their company box truck twice. The second time I hit my horn for him to move over...and was graciously given the middle finger like it was my fault. I bet his customer service skills are just as good as his driving.

I had a bad experience with this company 2 years ago and now it has come back to bite me hard. They replaced both of my exterior faucets. Not only did they leave a mess, they also skipped a critical step in the process. I failed to notice that they didn't fill the opening around the new pipe they just installed with foam insulation. They had pulled out some fiberglass insulation and left it on the ground, but didn't replace it. With all of the severely cold weather this winter, even with frost covers over the faucets, the back one had a freeze break and flooded my kitchen last week when we turned it on for the first time. I called and left them a message about what happened and they never called me back. I am a general contractor and use a lot of plumbers in my business and this company is one of the worst I have seen in 17 years of business. They leave a mess, they don't do the work the right way and then they don't call you back. They hit the trifecta of what it means to run a poor service company

We have been using Mr. Charleston for all of our plumbing needs for approximately 15 years now. He is very knowledgeable and courteous and efficient. His prices are very fair, as plumbing prices go.

I have utilized the expertise and services of Charleston Plumbing for several years now. As a GC, I have them review all designs prior to execution thus defining and eliminating problems before they are encountered. I use Charleston Plumbing on all my personal projects too, as there is never a shortage of ingenuity, tenacity, and thoroughness on any job. I HIGHLY recommend this organization.

We recently had a bathroom pipe that was dripping and would not stop even when we attempted to use the shutoff valve.

Upon further investigation we saw that the faucet was also corroded from water damage as well.

We purchased a new faucet in preparation for a new installation and was also concerned about the pipe shutoff valve not working properly.

Jason came out and quickly assessed the situation, explained the potential cause of the issue (rubber stopper in the shutoff valve had gone bad)

He quickly replaced the faulty valve and installed the new faucet that we purchased (in a very efficient and timely manner)

Not only did I get my faucet installed, I also learned what to look for next time this happens.

Jason was very efficient and professional and provided excellent service at a reasonable price. I will definitely call him again.

Sam and his partner did a great job repairing a leak on my main water line in front. They first diagnosed the problem and type of pipe correctly so I had an accurate amount idea. Service was the next morning and fixed in a few hours. I highly recommend them.

After Sam had helped us with a difficult indoor faucet replacement, I contacted him when the main water line from the street to our house sprung a leak. Sam showed up when he said he would, promptly diagnosed the problem, lined up dig approvals and excavators, and he and his crew completed the job one day ahead of schedule. I'll be contacting The Plumbing House for any and all future plumbing needs.

Sam is very professional and is great at diagnosing the plumbing issues and getting the problem corrected. He is totally trustworthy and I never have to second guess his recommendations. He is wonderful to work with.
