Sam at the Plumbing House was so refreshing!!! Extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest, and friendly. He has experience and knowledge in multiunit buildings, as well as traditional homes. I was thoroughly impressed, and will definitely be employing his services in the future!!

Sam and Steven did an amazing job replacing our water heater! They were extremely professional, polite, transparent and accommodating and completed the installation same day within just a few hours of scheduling service. Additionally, there was no appointment fee and the new water heater was very reasonably priced. I could not have asked for a better overall experience and will definitely be using this company for future plumbing needs.

Great experience with Steven and Sam! Received advice from Sam on the first call with possible resolution that we could try ourselves that worked great to resolve water flow issue. We did end up needing them due to a leak under the sink and Steven did a great job fixing the issue. We appreciate the accurate estimate and letting us know exactly what needed to be done. Leak detection was needed after a foundation pier placement. Everything checked out ok and we have peace of mind that there are no leaks.

Oliver and Jacklyn were absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend them and their company enough. We had an impossible situation with a slab leak that was beyond stressful and hard to even understand from a consumer POV. They were knowledgeable, both responded quickly, were patient, kind, and very reasonably priced. They worked with us, and our insurance adjuster to explain how everything worked and fixed everything expeditiously. I greatly appreciate the blessing they provided us during a very stressful time in our lives. We will continue to use them for any future needs.

Brooks plumbing leak detection unit was knowledgeable, punctual and neat. They found the problem and repaired it un less than 2 hours. I highly recommend.

Don’t use this company they scam me out of my money, the job was incomplete, They are very rude, when I called to see when the job was going to be completed he hung up in my face , if I could have given a zero rating I would have. They are very unprofessional. PLEASE Don’t hire them you will regret it.

They arrived on time, were friendly and professional and took care of my problem quickly! This is my second time using Brooks Plumbing. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future issues that might come up!

The plumbing leak was fixed, but due to it being in the attic, insulation was wet. They did not put a drop cloth down. Wet insulation was left on the on the hardwood floor for quite sometime. Also, there's a hole in the ceiling allowing cold air to come in.

After the above post, Jaclyn called and was very concerned. Her dad called and sent another crew out to patch the hole in the ceiling.

I’ve never had a problem with BrooksPlumbing until this episode. They messed up and did what they could to fix the problem. I’ve raised the score from 2 to 4. I appreciate their integrity as a company.

The service people that were sent to our house by my insurance agency were very courteous and kind and professional. The most important thing is that they were on time and showed up on point having everything that they needed for the job. Very nice gentlemen.
