Oliver was fantastic, very knowledgeable and took time to explain. Price was what was expected with no surprises or add-ons.

Mr. Brooks and the crew took such great care of my Mom’s plumbing crisis. They were on site right away to diagnose the problem and they were able to come out the next day to fix what could have been a very bleak situation. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the way they took care of Mom, which will allow her to stay in her house and be comfortable given her health situation.

Eric provided great customer service. He explained everything to us as he made the repairs. Very pleased.

Stay away! I was quoted $3200 based on another’s plumbers observation of a slab leak. Brooks sent three men who didn’t speak one word of English. These men started digging, basically blind. They Found nothing. They began digging in another spot. Found nothing. Finally an English speaking person arrived who may have actually been a licensed plumber. They dug in yet another spot. The English speaking man told us that, based on airflow tests, he now knew where the leak was and they’d need to drill through the bathroom floor. They drilled and drilled. Nothing. Next thing I knew, they were back outside digging again. Then he announced that there had been two leaks and that we owed $6,8800. Notice the photo of the pipe; the hole is from the outside in, as if someone took a nail to it. A leak would be from the inside out.

It’s not smart business (actually it’s lazy business! to rely on the findings of another company instead of doing your own due diligence.

If there had been two leaks, they should have been pointed out. Again, I have had other plumbers confirm that the hole in the one pipe we were shown is not consistent with a leak.

Oliver was great, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Did a great job, I highly recommend Oliver and Brooks Plumbing.

Juan performed a video scope of the plumbing line. He was punctual, throughly explained his findings afterwards and overall very professional. This is not our first time to use Brooks Plumbing - we have always been very pleased with them!

This is a company you can trust. After a bad experience with a different plumbing company, Brooks Plumbing took care of us at a fair price and with excellent service. They also schedule a one hour window of time of arrival which is a rare and wonderful thing with plumbing companies. They did what they promised and more.

My experience with Brooks Plumbing waa great. They came out promptly and quickly identified my slab leak problems. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. My repair was quickly completed and the work site was left cleaned. Their staff was very good to work with. I would definitely use them again.

Brooks Plumbing is my go to plumbing company. For me it about the details. They send text notifications for their arrival times and actually arrive on time, do quality work for a fair price and clean up after their work is complete.

I had a really bad leak in my kitchen. Brooks plumbing came out diagnosed the issue, worked with the insurance and fixed the problem. They were very professional!!! Pictures really do not show the problem and how it was fixed. I am happy to have water again!!
